I wasn’t impressed with the Customer Service. I called this morning to inquire about a services and the lady that answered the phone was really unwilling to assist as she was coming up with reasons I should probably do it myself because it was gonna be so expensive and she hadn’t even told me the price. I asked her how much was it gonna be she just pulled a price of $40-$800 out of the air and I just hung up. It seemed like she just didn’t wanna do the work and I’m sure she’s not even the person doing it but if she’s the person in the front, she’s scaring customers away.

Not consistent. The people who come out say one thing then backtrack on it whenever you do what they say. The woman who works the office is extremely rude and inconsiderate. The guys who come out to spray are all very nice and seem to be willing to help but seems like whoever runs the office isn’t on the same page as them.

The representative they sent to us was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to tell us where the problem was and was full of useful information. We didn't have him spray this time, but we will definitely call Rid-All in the future if we need anything. Absolutely recommend!

Bought a house a year ago old owner paid for services for the year technician a few weeks came out And noticed a picket broke on My Gate door called and asked about it And they initially said they didn't have any record of anybody coming out called today and they said oh the technician opened the gate and closed it but it was in pretty bad shape. the gate was installed last fall and still in great shape.

I would give you zero stars if I could. I have a contract but I pay you every time you walk through my door . Your people are not consitant. They never spray everything here. They have been here at least 4 times. First time the only time they sprayed my foundation outside or garage. On the last visit they guy put out some glue traps and bait. I know I was told I pay this down and so much a quarter and I could call for ER visit of my quarterly rate. Well I have not lived here 2 quarters and I have paid for all the visits to my house. Support local is what you pushed on me. I wish I had orkin. I have been misled and frankly it's way higher than I was told.

I had hornets by the door to my house. I called and they came out the same day I called. Thanks for the prompt service and helping protect my family and pets.

I have biting gnats inside my apartment , I gave ridall whom been spraying here God only knows how long samples of these gnats and they confirmed they are gnats but none biting. I have bies all over my body from these gnats and they ay they are none biters. The day I moved in two years ago these gnats begin working on me and nothing has been done to get rid of them. Ridall says they aren't bothering no one else in apartment complex so they won't do anything.
