Angel came to spray for our ant problem. He was so nice and knew a lot about why and how the ants were getting into the house and took the time to explain to me why we were seeing so many ants in the different areas in our house.

I contacted Chris, Big Foot, late in the morning on a Monday for what should have been a routine service call. He immediately responded and took care of the job, which turned out to be bigger, than originally thought. I'm very happy with his promptness and his professionalism and his advise. I will call him again and recommend his service to others

Chris was very helpful in supporting my mother with a mouse infestation. He and Angel were attentive to her needs and follow ups and explained things thoroughly. They provided indoor and outdoor protection. O would recommend them compared to big name chains.

Recently called Bigfoot Pest Control for my property. Chris was very professional in his responses to my queries and quick in sending a techinician who arrived within minutes after the call. Called early in the morning for someone to remove a yellow jacket nest in my siding. Chris ended up coming out just an hour or two later. Very professional and quick. After two days, there are no signs of any yellow jackets. 100% recommended.

Found them by doing a google search. I reached out to them afterhours and the owner picked up the call. I explained to him my problem and he came out the next morning and sprayed my entire home. We saw the results right away. Fast forward, we still had a few buggers around and he came back and took care of it right away. We are so happy with the type of service they provided to me and my family. We strongly encourage you use them for your needs. I know we will next year.

I was extremely satisfied with Bigfoot Pest Control - I called Chris because I was having an ant invasion and he got a tech out to me within a half hour! The tech Angel was friendly and professional - and they included a wasp prevention treatment for only $45 ! I was one thrilled customer! I would highly recommend using this company!

Recently hired Bigfoot Pest Control for our property. Prompt, courteous and professional service provided by Owner, Chris and his Tech, Angel. Most other companies want a contract, Bigfoot did not require. Their treatment is guaranteed for 90 days and the homeowner decides how often. Phone call was answered promptly, Chris explained thoroughly the environmental friendly product they use and treatment options. Safe for people and pets. No odor. Highly recommend this local, family business. An added plus, no high pressure sales tactic, just honest information and reasonable prices.

I needed a termite inspection for the sale of our home and none of the big companies were of any assistance. Finally, I was referred to Bigfoot and left Chris a voicemail. He called back within 5 minutes, told him what I needed and we scheduled the inspection right away. He showed up right on time, was extremely professional, honest and did a nice job. I even offered to pay extra because it was a rush job (Terminix cancelled last minute), but he charged his normal, reasonable fee instead of taking advantage of the situation. I can’t recommend these guys enough - they’re far better than any of the larger companies!!!

They do an absolute horrible job and the owner is very rude and not kind at all. I would highly recommend not using them.

Bigfoot is the only pest control company that we have used. We have had them out for ants and bedbugs. Chris responds to calls for service very quickly. Angel is very professional and knowledgeable.

Roach's treatment didn't work. Called and treated twice, paid about $320, but within two weeks of treatment, saw massive roaches. Their chemicals don't work for roaches. New update#1: It's the right company, and the amount I paid was $330. Receipt No#45163

Wow! I called on Saturday and within 10 minutes I had a technician at my door. They were able to remove my wasp and hornet nests and spray the entire house the same day (they usually do not do service calls on Saturdays). Thank you for that exception. Great customer services and reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.
