I don't recommend doing business with this company as they ignore local laws and community desires in favor of thier personal gain. I certainly won't do business with them and will actively make sure to influence others to go elsewhere.

Skeeter Beeter is the best. It is so nice to be able to be outside and not be bit up by mosquitoes. We live by a creek and that was not possible before Skeeter Beeter

Skeeter Beater is by far the best mosquito service around! Before we had Skeater Beater, we tried fogging, spraying mosquito repellent, etc. and nothing worked.

I started using Skeeter Beater summer of 2024 just before my daughter's wedding. I was hosting the Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party in my backyard and didn't want the guests eaten alive the night before her wedding. The party was a HUGE success and not one guest complained about any bugs!!! I can't imagine a summer without Skeeter Beater!

Great company and people to work with! Prompt and always courteous. Used another company for many years with annual price increases and not following through with "guaranteed" resprays. Got a quote from Skeeter Beater, not only were they less costly, they included 3 more treatments for less money. Also resigned for next year for the same rate! (prepaid)

Great service! Because I have dogs and horses, I've always used the organic spray. It works so well and I still have bees and dragon flies. The technicians do a wonderful job for me and cover my entire 5 acres. Thank you!

They service the property I manage in Palatine, IL called Parkside on the Green SFA's. Never once do I ever get a complaint from residents, I only hear good things about them!

Skeeter Beater is awesome - we have a big property (nearly 4 acres) that is heavily wooded in many spots…doesn’t matter, mosquitoes don’t stand a chance…it’s made a huge difference for us!

Excellent service that keeps the mosquitos away and they retreat if for some reason it didn’t work. I have used them for years and could not live without it.

the restaurant next to my townhome uses them all the time and when we eat there, there are no bugs so last year I was having a party at my townhome and had them spray before hand and it was great. Will definitely keep using them

I have used Skeeter Beater for the past 3 years. I absolutely LOVE their service. I live in a wooded area in Twin Lakes, WI right next to a farmer’s field and forest. I have a dog with an autoimmune condition that cannot take flea/medicine, and without Skeeter Beater, my dog could become very ill. I have not seen a tick in my yard for 3 years since using Skeeter Beater or on either of my dogs. The mosquitos are non-existent. Even my neighbor asked who I use for bug control because even they have noticed a reduction in mosquitos in their yard 3 acres over. The office staff has been amazing to work with and always makes sure my requests are followed, such as locking my gate when they leave and not ringing my doorbell when the service is complete to not disturb my husband in his work from home meetings. The technician that sprays my yard is always professional, respectful, and well-dressed. They respect my property and always do a thorough job. I hired this company at the beginning of summer. Fired them a month later and ask about a refund because it just wasn't working or working very poorly. Cancelled services and yet they're still charging after several weeks since I canceled and sentphone calls and emails staying stop. They stopped coming 2 months ago but never stopped charging my bank account. At this point it's just theft. I will never recomend this company and I will continue to warn people of this on the web and in person.

This was our 3rd year using Skeeter Beater. Unfortunately it will be the last. We’re on about 1 acre with lots of trees, and unless we actually go out and watch the technician, he will only do half my yard and hurry away. Sometimes I think he just shows up to put the tag on my door and drives away. They constantly don’t show up on scheduled days when the weather is fine, and we have to call to let the dispatcher know that no one showed up. Worst of all, we signed a contract for a specific price, but they secretly added a 5% surcharge for each visit due to higher gas prices. Needless to say we canceled the service and won’t be using them again.

First few services went without issues. Towards the end of the season they really dropped the ball. They email 2 days in advance of their scheduled date saying they will come, that there will be a fee if they can't access our yard, etc. Then nobody shows up on the scheduled date. When I email them the next day (Tuesday), they explain that they have delays due to weather, etc, and that they will come to do service before the upcoming Saturday. They don't tell you what day they actually will come, so if you are trying to avoid the yard with kids or pets right after they spray, it is hard to know how to plan for that. Of the 7 treatments they have done (of 8 total per year), we have had mosquitos a few days after 2 of them and asked for re-spray based on their guarantee...but then the re-spray happen maybe 1 week later, at best, just before their next scheduled spray anyways. Lastly, we asked that they spray on Thursday or Fridays, so that our yard is comfortable for the weekend and possibly even the following weekend - they refuse and say that they only service our area on Mondays. We will try a different service next year.

Great with bugs. Can not help with mice.

I don't appreciate your business leaving signs in my front yard, please revisit your marketing policy. Several of my neighbors have had the same problem.

I had the company come out to spray my .75 acre property. They ensured that the ENTIRE property would be sprayed and charged over $155 per visit. Nobody was home the first time they came out, but we had noticeable mosquitoes in the far back end of our property. Unfortunately, it was the 10th day I noticed on a Friday. The mosquitoes were bad the rest of the weekend and when I called the company the following work day, I was told the guarantee does not cover since it was past 10 days. Fine...it would have been great customer service to extend another spray given I signed a long-term contract but whatever. The second time they came out, someone was home and I got home during the tail end of the spray. After discussing with the tech, he mentioned that he did not spray the back end of our property because he didn't think it was part of our yard. Even after I let him know, he came up with a bunch of excuses (i.e. the hose wasn't long enough, he didn't have enough chemicals, etc.). I could clearly see there was enough chemicals in the tank (it was half full and clearly visible in the sunlight.). Even when I told him to use the side to access the back end of our yard, he pretended to go towards it but never actually stopped and sprayed our property. Then, I found out from the person who was home that they did not spray the perimeter and just lightly spray the common area. A few more things I could say about the company, but it's getting too long already. Bottom line is that the product works in areas sprayed, but they clearly cut corners and do not deliver as promised. For the amount they charge, I expected quality, but got junk. Consider another vendor! EDIT: After my complaint, the company came back out to re-spray our yard at no charge according to their guarantee. This time, the technician did spray our entire property thoroughly. Increased 1 star for company response.
