Affordable Termite is definately affordable ..they are punctual, clean and very thorough. They gaurentee their work . Also they are extremely trustworthy. I had to leave and they came in and sprayed and left everything as it was when I left.. it's so hard to find good workers and these guys are great. Thank u Affordable Termite!

It is extremely rare that I post a review. But in this case I feel compelled to comment and recommend Affordable Termite and Pest Control. Over the many years that I have used their services, they have without exception Proven themselves to be dependable, honest, very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. IN ADDITION to all of this, their prices are extremely fair and reasonable! I give a big thank you to John, the owner and his assistant Chris for all the years they have provided such good service!Their work is exemplary! This is a good company, operated by a good person of good character-as Is his assistant! I cannot say enough positive things about them! I HIGHLY recommend Affordable Termite and Pest Control!!

This is the 2nd time I've hired Affordable, for different reasons. This time it was because I brought in a family of stray cats and I couldn't get flea prevention on all of them because they were too feral, so I hired them to get rid of my flea problem. John was so nice and easy to work with. I wanted to support them because they support the community so much. Chris, the technician, has been out twice. He's always personable and asks good questions about the problem I'm having. He also answered all of my questions as well. Good guys all the way around!

John went out of his way to come out to our house on a Saturday afternoon to rid our property of a European Hornets nest. He always goes out of his way to come on short notice anytime we need him. I would 10/10 recommend this business to anyone looking for pest control at an affordable price. You don’t always get honest and affordable all in one business, but with affordable pest control you will get both!

Met with them today at Greenvilles Farmers Market & inquired about what to do with the cave crickets in my basement. They said they were happy for me to hire them, but actually said it would be cheaper for me to get rid of them myself, and then told me how to do it so I could save money. Any business that is out to help their clients save money has my vote!!

1 / 1 DO NOT HIRE AFFORDABLE TERMITE!! PLEASE READ!!! I purchased a home in December 2023. The VA requires a home inspection and a termite inspection. The seller of the home is required to pay for an inspection. Seven Oaks Realty and the Seller set it up with Affordable termite our of Greenville. It was inspected and cleared as no previous damage or current live termites (see report) Moving forward to late January 2024, work was to be done in the living room. Paint, trim, and floors. Trim around the window didn’t look right not knowing at that moment we were looking at termite tunnels. We proceeded to remove trim to paint and pull up carpet. I have no words to describe the damage that was revealed (see pics) We start looking elsewhere bc how can they have marked no prior damage when clearly there were signs. Tunnels are very apparent in the basement, base boards, and then even in the attic (where the inspector never went) Another company was called to give a 2nd opinion. This company informed me that they had a previous contract due to termite activity and damage. I reached out to seven oaks about no one disclosing the termite damage or previous infestation and was told it wasn’t their problem. They told me to contact Affordable termite. I did and the first convo the owner told me that he would help in anyway, but he would have to call me back bc he was not at the office. He returned my call the next day to tell me that his insurance guy told him its not his responsibility. I asked how is that possible when your report clearly states there was no previous damage, it says there was furniture/appliances in the way when the house was empty, and I have pictures proving there was clear evidence. Nope. Sorry, nothing I can do. I have tried to go down several avenues and all I keep getting told is to hire an attorney and they may or may not be able to get them to pay for the damages and maybe I could get some of my money back from all the repairs that are needing done. This is our home. I don’t just have $5000.00 to throw around in the hopes of maybes. I think it is appalling and disgusting that these people can get away with causing all this mental and emotional damage.

These are the people to use if your house has termites and you want to scam the buyer! I purchased a house that passed the termite inspection performed by these clowns, only to find the house had once been infested and was full of clearly visible damage. When this company was contacted they stated my insurance guys says it's not my problem and your home inspection should have seen it. Stay away from these people!!!!
