I signed up with EcoShield after a very friendly and convincing sales pitch. I was told that if I didn’t like the service, I could cancel within 3–4 days. What was not clearly explained was that I would be locked into a contract with a $250 cancellation fee. I decided to give the service a fair chance and used it for 6 months. I had the worst experience. A brand new customer. First appointment for inside and out appeared to go great . Next appointment was rescheduled by them day after day. I travel for work and couldn’t do the next date they wanted I recommend 3 weeks later and I guess that didn’t work for them so they said they came for outside and wanted a rating. Do not trust this this product. It has no guarantee is no solution for pests. After the first application, I had more mosquitos, spiders, and wasps than in past summer. After 2 weeks I called the sales person and he guaranteed that after the second application of pests I would see a difference. The second application made no difference, the spider seemed worse. Spider webs spread across my balcony. I was still held to honor the third application and payment when the product wasn’t held to honor
