They sent an inspector to check my property for termites. I am not exaggerating when I say he was there for less than five minutes. I timed it. He filed the report and our copy was emailed to us. No termites. Well, turns out five minutes wasn't enough because there is a serious termite infestation it turns out and lots of damage. You just have to actually go and look at the foundation of the house in the crawl space and it's very obvious.

We've used Bi State Termite & Pest Control for several years. They've helped us with ants and spiders. Always friendly and a pleasure to work with. Most recently, Gavin has been the exterminator to take care of our unwanted critters. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and so polite - such a nice young gentleman.

We have used this company for many years, 1st time due to termite infestation. We have been termite free since and pretty much bug free since we also get quarterly bug spraying. They have always been professional and polite and reachable (via phone) if I had a need, question or clarification.

I have nothing but good experiences with Bi-State. I have had them spraying at my house for 6 years and since they have been so easy to work with I use them at my business as well. The gentleman who have come out to spray are always very kind and helpful if I have any questions!

Paid $150 for nothing. Initial service was supposed to sweep and look for cobwebs and spiders, check inside and outside, spray, and do the drains. I had to tell the guy 3 times to spray the drains for gnats. He walked into the kitchen and said he wasn't going to spray around food bins, to which I replied, all of the previous pest control companies did with no problem. That was the point of pest control, to prevent pests. I had to move stuff around or he wouldn't spray where I wanted. He did not check for cobwebs, but he put a couple paper spider traps down. He sprayed outside and the initial consult was over in 20 minutes. I set aside 2 hours so that I could get a complete consultation. HUGE Waste of money. I guess we should have know because it was cheaper than the other company we used. You get what you pay for.

Wasn’t very pleased with my service. I was suppose to get a free inspection & there wasn’t any inspection done. I had to tell him where the mice were coming in and leaving droppings. I told him I had a newborn coming home from the nicu and asked how to disinfect mice poop without stirring up the bacteria and he said he didn’t know. I asked if he could tell me how bad the infestation was and where they were coming in at- he said he didn’t know. I asked if there any damage done by them- he didn’t know. The only thing he did was replace the traps we already had and put theirs down and throw packets of poison under my trailer without any type of strategic plan or anything. He was here for a total of two minutes and rushed out and none of my questions were answered. It’s a bit unnerving when you have a baby coming home from the nicu and you also have mice in the home. I do not feel any better than I did to begin with and I honestly feel like it was a waste of money. Not pleased at all.

I signed up for a quarterly pest control and paid a year in advance. The first guy came and was so thorough. Today was our second treatment. We weren't home but watched our cameras and to say our home was treated would be a huge overstatement. The guy was here not quite 15 minutes and at least 5 of those were sitting in his truck. I guess because he rang our doorbell and determined no one was home he decided there was no need to do his job. He didn't spray the majority of our foundation no doors except the garage and two windows. He knocked our torch over on the patio and pulled out the landscape light in front. He also stood about 6 feet away from our front porch and sprayed the walls and our security camera. We will be cancelling our service as soon as they open tomorrow.

We recently had our house sprayed for ants over the weekend. The ants have not gone away and it seems there are more present than before. We contacted them today about coming back out and they won’t for another 30 days. So now our ant problem is worse and they will not fix it right away. We wouldn’t recommend them .
