Robby was outstanding After struggling with a mouse problem and feeling like our previous pest control company was just collecting a monthly fee for a handful of traps with no real progress, calling Clae Pest Control was the best decision we made. I genuinely regret not starting here. Robby came out and treated this like an actual problem to solve, not a routine stop. He checked behind our appliances, somewhere our previous company wouldn't even look, and found and sealed gaps we didn't know existed, both inside and outside the house. He walked me through exactly what to look for going forward, which made me feel like I actually understood the problem instead of just hoping the traps would work. He didn't stop at the kitchen either, he's already got a follow-up scheduled to check our attic and crawl space, which shows he's thinking about the whole house, not just where the mice happened to be seen. If you're dealing with rodents and feel like you're just paying for traps every month with no real plan, save yourself the time and call Clae Pesr Control first and ask for Robby.

Got tricked into signing a contract. Young man came to my door. Good pitch. Told me starting price is $250, however, if I sign up now he’ll give me $150 off. Turns out that was the contract. If I cancel before 12 months, I would owe the $150. Pathetic company. Service wasn’t good, still had pest issues. It’s okay. I paid the cancellation and moved on.

Clay is very knowledgeable on his products and also provide information to their customers like me and prompt response to any problems that I have faced with pest. he quickly resolved an addressed issues facing my house and now we are free of any pass and rodents

Technician was amazing and effeciate, we had movers the same day and Clae was no stress at all. They even gave us advice on how to keep the kittens we have safe while they were treating our home. Highly recommend 👌!

Fantastic Service!

Clae Pest Control didn't clearly explain their services and didn't help us find the right plan. The technician rushed through the visit and used a treatment that didn't seem appropriate for our situation.

Deceptive sales tactics. I was solicited at my door by a salesman who claimed to have worked for the previous owner, but that turned out to not be true. The actual service is suspect too. They charge $200 for about 10 minutes of actual work. They also constantly cancel and reschedule appointments. DO NOT USE THEM

Overpriced. Lucas was slow and unprofessional. The service was rude and inefficient. He didn't answer our questions and we don't want him back.

Very professional and quick to get us on a schedule. Flow was professional and friendly. He explained the strategy to get the situation under control. Very pleased to have these guys taking care of our home. Highly recommend.

Great job I haven't had any insect issues at all since Clae has been coming out. Always come out as scheduled and is very thorough with his inspections and services they provide for rodents and bugs.

Sales and technician guys were fine, time will tell if the service removed the spiders from inside and outside home. So 5 stars up to this point.
