There was a mouse in my house! I screamed, called Orkin and signed up for their program. Guess what? On Orkin’s NEXT visit there was a mouse in my house. And their visit after that and the one after that!! This has been going on for OVER a year. Orkin’s job is to keep mice OUT OF MY HOUSE! I've been a long time customer but customer service from this office is horrible. Despite 2 calls asking for a manger to contact me, and assurances each time someone would call me back within 24 hours, I've received no returned call. I get the picture, they don't care about me as a customer! Maybe this post will a response? Something tells me it'll make no difference.

Worse customer service ever haven't received any call back they must be super busy not to return my calls when I run over 20 locations and part of a privately owned business with 100+ locations and growing I hope we just drop this vendor for providing terrible communication and never contacting us with a followup on how was the service we never received. Lol
