ARAB Termite & Pest Control

I am not a customer, but I did run across one of their drivers on a very narrow road. They gave me the right away. So if he's a curteus driver, they must be a courteous worker.

Never used this company but 13 years ago I met my wife, who I was in a long distance relationship with at the time, in Effingham Il. We happened to see a sign for the the business that said "See a bug? Call ARAB". It immediately became a road game for us where we got points for calling ARAB Everytime we saw a Volkswagen on the road.

How can i get them to do a free quote or do they do payments i have no cash but i need a bug specialist asap please i live in terre haute indiana i tried everything

Tried their pest control for 30 days and saw no reduction in spiders and webs on the outside of my house and garage. Contacted them to cancel my service for the reason stated above and they just said " no problem. Thx". No effort to make things right with their so called guarantee.

Huge communication issues. Contacted company due to my fault of not being able to open door for second spray. Took about 3 weeks and numerous phone calls and time to get rescheduled. They wouldn't answer my calls so I had a family member call in to reschedule the second spray. Ridiculous.

Great customer service ! We have been with Arab pest control out of Effingham for several yrs at different facilities and we have never been disappointed .

I have a video of this guy (that was supposed to be inspecting and spraying for bugs) walking into my bedroom, going straight for my medicine box (that was zipped) opening it up and reading my prescription bottles! When I confronted the company. They yelled at me and hung up on me because I contacted the police.
