Bought a new Solo 466 gas powered blower. Came out of box broken, leaking gas from carburetor, would fire for 2 seconds and die. Called Nixalite of America for replacement/refund and they punted me off to Solo. Told me to get help from Solo, aka spend hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot a defective product and in the end have to return it because it cannot be fixed. That is horrible customer support. Sorry, i dont want to have to repair a gas engine on a new product. Buyer Beware. If you buy a defective product from them, they may abandon you like they did to me

At that point, it was well outside both Solo’s factory warranty period and our own 30-day return and exchange policy. Because we do not service or repair Solo engines in-house, the correct and only channel for technical issues—especially outside the warranty window—is through the manufacturer’s service department.<br><br>We didn’t “punt” you off; we directed you to the place that actually has access to parts, diagnostics, and warranty options for Solo equipment. <br><br>We always stand behind what we sell and support our customers in accordance with the manufacturers' policies and warranty terms. If any one is looking for a bird store to buy your products from this store is the best place that I have found also I ordered a product from them on 3/26/25 got the product fast I just call them to see how to return it because my best friend and buddy just past away on April 2nd and these nice people said to me don't worry about sending it back and we are going to credit you for the amount you paid now they didn't have to do that but they did now this is a company that I would buy from all the time thank you very much Nixalite of America Inc Mr Kurt Schmidt

Nixalite helped get our fly fishing business set up with a fogger and and disinfectant for our shop, waders, boots, and gear. We are a company that provides guided fishing trips and without the help of Nixalite we would have been dead in the water this year! Disinfecting our store front and our gear was made easy with the fogger. It added minimal time to make sure everything was clean and safe for our customers, clients, and staff! We can't thank you Nixalite enough for helping us continue on in the midst of COVID!
