Wow! We had a great experience using NaturaLawn of America. We were in dire need of help with our lawn and NaturaLawn came to the rescue! Not only are their products organic and pet-friendly, the customer service is TOP NOTCH! We will definitely be using them for all of our lawn needs.

McHenry County-Same HORRIBLE experience as other reviewers. Do NOT use this company. Previous owner Jeremy was attentive, and understood about lawns and service. Not the case anymore. Contacted and found out there was a new owner. They performed 6 time service, and I ended up getting grubs from my neighbor, whom also uses their service. Increasingly deteriorating lawn were ignored for my lawn and neighbors. I called and the new owner bashed the previous owner, and never even offered to come and look at the lawn. I explained I had received a notice (September) that I needed a $100 treatment for grubs. My neighbor who has their service called in June and explained his brown lawn was a concern. The guy stated it was fine. Several months later, half of his front lawn is brown, and now part of my front lawn is brown. So whatever it was-grubs or fungus, now ruined my lawn. Then, they called me this past month to get service again. Seriously? Did you even look at the records, or remember our discussion. No, I have found another service to care for our lawn naturally. As other said, they applied fertilizer when grass was already dormant and ground frozen--useless. Had many conversations with them about correcting the timing of their applications--all conversations went ignored. Find another service-we miss Tyler, the previous owner who truly cared. Important note-we had their service over 5 years! Neighbors also quit their service. And the grub service they offered was in October! Lawn was already dormant. Liars!

The team is great... from customer service, to the applicators. They are extremely professional and our lawn looks fantastic. I gasp when I am walking through our neighborhood and spell the other lawns with the horrible spray application. The annual contract isn't cheap... you just have to decide what things in life you pay more for.

Yard looks fantastic. Peace of mind knowing they don't use Roundup/2-4-D for weed control. Very knowledge staff, my neighbors have also started using NaturaLawn.

Had my first application several weeks ago. Remains to be seen, the outcome of the summer. My rating so far is the Customer Service and pre application tests they do to the soil. Great job so far.

I love Naturalawn Of America. I love not having dandelions and creeping Charlie take over my lawn. I love knowing that my grandchildren can play In my yard without getting rashes from poison chemicals. I love that when people come to my house they comment on how many butterflies I have. I have been a client for several years. My lawn has never looked better. Naturalawn has also done a great job of treating the trees on my property. The dormant oil they have applied has made the evergreens healthy and happy.

We have been using NaturaLawn of America for the past several years and we are impressed with how great our lawn looks. This past summer we had some bad patches and the technician noticed and suggested that he treat them in a slightly different way then the rest of the lawn and the problem was solved! Anytime that I have had to contact them, either rescheduling or questions the customer service is excellent. This is a great company to do business with!

Been using this company for several years now and very happy with their services. Usually have the same man each time who is always accommodating to our two dogs. They always call and let us know they're coming so if we had any special requests we can be sure to have it done rather than find out after the fact. We just love that!

My lawn has never looked better! I had such a problem and water grass and creeping charlie, but after a few visits from NaturaLawn of America my yard was nice and plush. Very satisfied with their product.

Great product with excellent customer service!! Signed on with them because of poor lawn, huge dandelion and creeping Charley problems. I liked their natural approach to lawn care (have small child and pets). The difference in only one season was amazing! I am never going back to do it myself lawn care.
