After speaking with Rudy regarding my pest issue, he scheduled a consultation with his employee Christian to address my concerns. We had yellow jackets eating through our drywall and we needed a knowledgable professional and fast. Rudy responded via text on Saturday evening and was very helpful. While we had to wait until Monday AM, we taped over the area, and Christian arrived as scheduled first thing Monday AM. Problem solved and disaster averted!
