If I could give a negative star rating I would they charged 400 for there service and then came to spray not only did they not get rid of the bugs they were supposed to get rid of but they added extra bugs they sprayed 1 time and skipped the bathroom our bathroom didn't have ants and then the next time they sprayed they did the bathroom and now it's covered in ants we never had ants my cats also caught a mouse after they sprayed and not only that we still have the bugs that we payed to get

Is there a way to post 0 stars? No? Guess 1 will have to do. If you would like to waste several hundred dollars, give terminix a call! For rodent control, they did well for me for years but then I upgraded my services and to say it's been a nightmare is the understatement of the year! Had treatment for bedbugs in October 2016, called back and stated we still had bedbugs. Tech came back and inspected and I showed him the bag of bugs I had killed and he powder sprayed 2 chairs. Left for Florida on 11/25/2016 and returned on 4/14/2017 and still have live bedbugs. Termanex says I am out of warranty. If the job was done right the first time, I would not have bugs.
