We scheduled a cleaning of my house in preparation for an event. We have a date and time booked and I am under impression that everything is scheduled. The company texts me for confirmation, I miss the text because I'm super busy working and getting ready for the event. They silently cancel our appointment next morning. All they needed to do is call me. Just be aware they can cancel on you when you need them the most.

Great and honest business they came out and told us that the vent are clean and to wait another 2 to 3 years. They only charge us to clean out the fan. This is the way business is supposed to be honest is the key to life

This company has been servicing my parents home for years. My mom passed away this last year and when spring came along, I knew we were behind on her window cleaning service. So I asked my dad and he passed along the number to “her green clean guy”. I called, gave the address and the first thing that came out of his mouth was “I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother, she was a wonderful person”. Basically saying his sincerest condolences. I was stunned. My mom has always raved about this company so I am going to carry that on for her. Aside from the personal level that’s clearly evident. They do a fantastic job. Seamless. In and out so quick like you wouldn’t even know and it’s almost confusing the time vs cost. Green Clean should be charging double for being that quick and efficient. I live in Cook County so I can tell you this service is a steal at this price!! I plan on referring you to all my clients and everyone I know. Thank you, Green Clean. I will Always support and have your back! 💚

Great service and results. New owners of my house commented on house the carpets looked great as well as how the house smelled clean fresh. Staff was professional and quick with great communication.

The technician came to my home and he was respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Everything came out wonderful. I would recommend over and over again.

They left an interior window pane streaked with dirt. Also, there was confusion over a screen that would not snap back into place. (A different service provider came out the next day and put the screen back in place in under 5 minutes.) They offered to return to fix these problems; however, they could have taken a moment to check their work before leaving. The job seemed rushed. Would not hire them again.

Six stars if i could.we have a difficult home with 73 windows that hadnt been done since covid.coming home was like looking through a new pair of eyeglasses. Sparkling inside and out. Fair prices and completely trustworthy business. Ill use for my other maintenance happily now!

We have had only excellent service from Green Clean. Our home looks beautiful every time they leave. They are knowledgeable about what they do and do it all so well. We also use them for cleaning apartment buildings and units after tenants have vacated. They are very professional and dependable.
