If I could give less than 1 star I would. This Orkin location does not care about your home, only about taking your money. I requested services for creature sounds in my walls and long story short- it was squirrels and Orkin does not handle them. Instead, they tried to sell me a pest control service with a monthly fee- which I didn’t want. About a month ago we had a wasp issue. We called orkin. The call rep stated someone would come out get on the roof and inspect the attic. They didn’t do neither. The kid Christopher was scared out of his mind. All he did was spray some chemical and left. We still had the wasps inside the house. The second time the came out he still refused to get on the roof and go inside the attic. The were up there somewhere. My wife called the field manager and he failed as well saying “we don’t go inside
