I have called to have my tech Debi Wells to be removed from servicing my home because how do you get an attitude with what I choose to have in my household for pest control. The last I check payments are made by me and when I ask for something to be removed because I don’t like it that’s what I expect. Orkin has been charging me for months and not providing the services in which I was signed up for. When I called them October 13 2025 the office help in the Collinsville office said they haven’t serviced the inside of my house since June 2025. They claim they didn’t have a cell phone number for me only a house number. I haven’t had a house phone in over 10 years and the number they claim they had never belonged to me.
