Highly recommend! We bought a house and didn’t realize we’d be inheriting bats in our attic which were somehow missed on the inspection. I called several companies who said they couldn’t come for over a week. When I called in the afternoon, Josh came out the next day to inspect, and then started on the work the next day! He thoroughly explained the process, was very empathetic, professional and thorough. He sealed off all of the entrances they were getting in, and cleaned out all of the bat droppings in our attic. He even found some small areas that mice could be getting in and took care of those as well. Very happy with his work, and would recommend him for any of your wildlife issues!

Contacted several companies to get some sparrows out of my siding, Josh was the only one who as willing to quote and schedule through email (my preference). Got me on his schedule quickly, arrived when he said he would, did a good job, found some possible mouse entry points and filled them too, and charged me less than quoted. Nice guy, great work. Hope not to need him again but if so won't hesitate to give him the business. Thanks Josh!

Didn’t even get to the point of using Josh. I called him, told him where I lived and what I needed. He said he would be out on the following Monday, never came. I had to call him to follow up he said he would be out that Wednesday. That evening he said he would be out the next day. When he came out finally, he called and said he needed an additional $85 per visit for his time since my house is 10 minutes from the entrance of my neighborhood. He had told me he had been in my neighborhood before and was familiar with it. Apparently if you aren’t his neighbor get ready for additional charges he doesn’t disclose up front.

Josh helped us with two separate issues in our home. We had a bat in our home at night and after reaching out to several "24 hour" companies to no avail, we contacted Prime Time the next morning. While not a 24 hour service, he was the only one who returned our call promptly. He was able to find and remove the animal from our home. On another visit, he also removed birds from our attic, and sealed the entry points at a very reasonable price. Through every step of the way, Josh was polite, empathetic, and very honest and upfront about his services and abilities. We try to always hire locally, and while we hope to not need his services again, we wouldn't hesitate to call him if the need arises. This is a great local business!

This is seriously the nicest and most helpful guy you could hope to deal with if you find yourself with a wild animal in your house. We had a bat get in somehow last year and animal control was zero help (not their fault they are underfunded, but they were basically like, sorry, can't help, good luck capturing that bat). It happened at about 9:00 at night on a school night and we couldn't get anybody else we googled to even call us back, not even the 24/7 places. We got in touch with him the next day and he was here as soon as he could to help me look for the bat. I was a nervous wreck because my 3 kids were in the same room we found the bat in just fifteen minutes before we saw it flying around. The older 2 could tell me they hadn't had any contact with the bat, but the youngest is not a fan of directly answering questions and we couldn't get a straight answer out of him at all. McHenry county department of health was basically like they're probably fine, you'd know if he got bit. Plus the vaccine is painful and cost thousands. I knew it was painful, I didn't know how unaffordable it was. You'd think as a society we'd all agree that we don't want rabies spreading among the populace, but I digress. And try telling that to the little boy who died of rabies in Ontario this week. His parents found a bat in his room but he had no visible marks on him and they tell you to basically not worry if they appear unmarked. But, devastatingly, he had unknowingly contracted rabies. Thank god Josh Yunke was able to find the bat that was sleeping in a piece of home decor above our front door and put the bat in Tupperware for me so I could contact animal control who could test it for rabies and put my mind at ease. A few months later he came back and searched for any places the bat might have gotten in and covered them up for a very reasonable price. I should've written this review months ago but I put it off because I'm lazy, but reading about that poor little kid this morning reminded me to do it. I'm so grateful I was able to have that peace of mind because of his help and skill.

Thank you for your review Mary. Happy to help you and your family out. I’m so sorry to hear about that little boy.. Can’t imagine what his family are going through.. My prayers go out to his family. Most of the county and professional officials will recommend testing these bats if found inside an occupied home. Unfortunately, rabies is fatal if contracted.

We had probably 30 bats in our house--hard to say exactly. We found Josh's number and he came out for an inspection the next day. Then, over the course of about 2 weeks, he had caulked all the gaps and openings, completed the installation and removal of bat doors, completed the cleanup of damaged fiberglass insulation in our attic, and we had a final recap meeting to discuss any potential issues in the future. I then referred him to my parent's, who unfortunately discovered that they had bats as well while we were extruding ours. We couldn't be happier with Josh's pricing, personality, quality of work, of timeliness. Josh does a great job communication and helped us remove the bats from our home well before the protection kicked in at the end of October.

Josh is the best that we can find on the internet. We worked with ABC wildlife but their price were insane while service were terrible, so we fired them and turned to Josh. Josh helped us caught 13 squirrels in our attic, and fixed all the holes. He is very professional, nice, patient and his price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needs help.

Response from Prime Time Wildlife Removal

Thank you for your review! It was a pleasure working with you and your husband. Those squirrels definitely gave us plenty of challenges and was happy to have resolved for you by the holidays. Thanks again and wishing your family all the best going forward.
