We’ve used Lake Cook Pest Control twice in the past year and have been extremely impressed both times. First, they helped us proactively treat our new home for insects, and more recently they came out for rodent prevention. Rudy is fantastic—his communication is always fast and professional, and he takes the time to provide detailed explanations about different types of pests and the best prevention methods. His knowledge and expertise are immediately apparent and gave us a lot of confidence in the service. For our rodent prevention visit, Christian came out and did a very thorough inspection. He carefully walked us through the property, pointed out all of the potential problem areas, and explained exactly what needed to be addressed to prevent future issues.
