SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Was on the phone with Rudy for almost 45 minutes before I called back to schedule services with him because he promised this and promised that and seemed like an honest guy. Turns out he sent someone who couldn’t care less about my problems, charged $400 for a treatment that wasn’t fully performed, and I have a bigger problem now than I did before whatever they sprayed. Never used them and never will, as someone driving a truck clearly labeled with this company name felt a need to drive right on my tail in a 30mph zone when I was driving 40mph. This guy was right on my butt in a big truck with his lights on (on a beautiful sunny day). This driver intimidated me to the point I felt the need to pull over, since I wasn’t going to go more than 10mg over speed limit just to make him happy. I could clearly see “Lake Cook Pest Control” on the truck when it passed me

Rudy was very helpful and took the time to understand our situation and explain his services on the phone before coming to our house. When he arrived the next day, he was very thorough as he moved through the house and then explained everything he did and what to look for after he left. He emailed a detailed report the same evening as promised. Very reliable, great communication, excellent service. Highly recommend!
