Signed up last year for pest control, noticed some 'activities' so put down some glue traps. I felt it wasn't enough so I called Orkin, Clifton Jordan came out and was very satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge, explained what I can do to help get rid of the mices. Later on, Chaka Strong came out, I wasn't happy with his visit-Chaka didn't want to pick up 'used' traps with mices on them, bc it wasn't one of 'Orkin' traps. I felt that was very unsafe/unhealthy, not professional, plus h

Horrible experience since new branch manager has come. My exterminator was taken away and have been treated disrespectfully and ask for a district manager to contact me, only to be told they are busy. I was given a email saying someone came out when that was untrue. I spoke with an operation manager who told me that their employees don’t lie. I then spoke with New branch manager who is unprofessional and lack understanding allowing a person to speak to someone higher in authority when requested.

We had a yellow jacket infestation. We called Orkin on a Saturday and they scheduled to come out the following Monday. They brought the wrong ladder on Monday and said they'd be back on Tuesday. We waited for them but they never showed. Then they said they would come on Wednesday, but they stood us up then too. Then they came on Thursday but brought the wrong ladder again. They said they would be back Friday or Saturday, but when we called on Friday to check in they said they couldn't come
