I had urine smell on my couches and cat smell in my daughter's room and the owner came out and cleaned them and it's 3 day later still smells fresh! He even said he would touch them up if needed. Thanks!

Ernie at steam pro is a magician! I thought my upholstered dining room and desk chairs were done thanks to my cats! He brought them back to life and they look amazing!! It took a week or so and multiple treatments to eliminate the urine smell but he kept me in the loop as he worked on them! He did a phenomenal job! The chairs look and smell like new!! I will definitely be using their services again!! Thanks Ernie !!

Collin was right on time and very professional. He explained his process and did a very thorough job cleaning and deodorizing a very smoky couch. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

Updated Review.... After I left my review about the carpet not being cleaned properly, the owner reached out to make things right. We ended up agreeing that he would come back and clean the couch (@ discount). I was a bit skeptical at first, especially considering how the carpet turned out, but to my surprise, the owner himself came & he really did a great job. The couch was cleaned thoroughly and I genuinely appreciate the effort he put into making it right. April 22, 2025 I usually only give reviews when something is really great or really horrible..... We had these people come out to clean our rugs, they did an okay job—but (as they were drying) the rugs started to smell like urine. So we actually had to call them back out (not even 30 minutes later), because clearly it wasn’t cleaned properly the first time. When he came back, he tried to locate where the odor was coming from but stated he couldn't find it. He then tried to charge us for a deodorizer, which is something that should’ve been included in the original service. He said he didn’t know he was supposed to treat the rug for things like animal urine—but if that was going to be an extra charge, maybe ask us up front if we have pets? It just feels like we’re being charged again for a service we already paid for and didn’t get done properly in the first place. This wasn't a professional service. Anyone with a carpet shampooer could have done better. Definitely a one-star experience. Not worth it.

Amazing job! I’ve never been happier with a carpet cleaning service. The technician was punctual, efficient, and left no mess behind. His customer service was second to none, he was very polite and had a great work ethic. I run a business with several high traffic areas, and when the job was completed, the carpets looked brand new. Great job. Highly recommended.

I called Steam Pro on a Friday at noon to ask if there was even a small chance someone could come out to correct a carpet shampoo done just the day before that went very wrong. Not only were they able to come out within 3 hours, but the previous shampoo errors were corrected and everything now looks fantastic!!! Thank you for everything! We will be repeat customers without a doubt!!!

I called the day before for an appointment, they stated there was a cancellation for next day, I took it. Colin was very professional, I showed him the rooms and he got to work.. A voice said all done, grabbed my wallet and I was like hey, your not Colin 😂😂😂 idk when Colin left and the owner took his place.. but we laughed about it!

I originally hired a different company and they didn't show for my appointment and would not answer the phone. So I was desperate to get someone in right away and Steam Pro bailed me out. They worked me into the schedule and did a fantastic job. The gentleman who came out and cleaned the carpet was very professional and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this company and will definitely be referring them to anyone who is in need!

Steamed my main level and then a few months later I was finished fixing up the basement so we had them steam the basement carpet too. Great job in both cases.
