Ray's Termite and Pest Control

They came and sprayed my Dad's house and it didn't help at all. It was a very minor case too! We called them and have been ghosted. They won't return calls and I'm pretty sure we've been ghosted by them!

After poor service from terminex we decided to try rays . They came out and serviced our home and seemed to do a good job . We asked to have them come back regularly to spray and were told they would schedule us and return in November. It’s now almost march and still haven’t heard from them . I would call them but I figure if they wanted our business they’d have came in November like we were told . Businesses just don’t operate like they used to good customer service is a thing of the past .

Tim and his team are always great. We have used them on several occasions, and if there is ever an issue they will come right back out to completely rid the problem. I would highly recommend them.
