We bought this house that used to have IMEL as a service. They will not leave us alone. Basically harassing to do their service. We had an inspection, no termites! This guy shows up today & says I need to call the office and update my new info and the check today is free and we won't be billed "this time"! I told him to get off my property. I have told them several times we do not want the service!

My parents used Imel for as long as I can remember, so when I bought my house in 2021 I knew that I would be using them. Don is my tech every time, always helpful and professional. He even helped calm me down about the spider eggs in the basement. Great customer service! I haven't had a single issue since using them. 10/10 recommend.

This is the most horrible service I have ever known they make roaches worse in your home they don't make it better I don't recommend this company to anyone their unfair and don't do their job correctly they make the roaches alot bigger and come out into your home more i am not happy at all they charge a good price for not so good service i would never go back to imel pest control

Last Friday I had a technician, William, out to spray for spiders/bomb our house. He was late & called me to let me know he was running behind (which I really appreciated). I haven’t seen a spider since. I’ve used other pest control businesses in the past and they did a poor job compared to Imel. Neighbors in my neighborhood recommended Imel to me.

This place is a waste of money. They didn’t kill off the roach infestation at my rental property and just kept telling us to wait to let the product work and if it doesn’t that I could pay another $75 to have them treat a third time. After a month of waiting and still having roaches crawling everywhere I finally called someone else who killed them off immediately and imel wants to take credit for that saying they would have died the same day the other company came. They offer no solutions or compensation when you’re unhappy with the service. Stay away from this company. You guys seem to have an answer to everything in your responses to people but it’s all excuses. We were never given any specific instructions, every time we called with concerns we were told to wait different time frames. Every time we talk to you you told us it needed another week from what we were previously told. Also, the sticky trap bait that you claim you put down was not actually done. You guys are are full of excuses and have rude customer service. I hope this review keeps others from wasting their time and money with you.

I thought Matt would spray around my house and be finished in 15 minutes. He spent an hour inside and out. He sprayed soffits, around the deck, inside and out side all doors including the garage door and even entrances to attic and crawl spaces. He hit everything he could. He explained the chemical was pet and human friendly. He even threw down a granular around plants to not harm them. I got way more than I expected. He even said if I see any more ants/ spiders he would come back and spray again. He treated my house as if it was his house and went above and beyond.

The first year I had them, 2 years ago, they were great. The man who came out about the termites was so friendly and professional. The second year, they said they had a new technician and that he had already been out. We were waiting for him and he hadn't come, and we knew this because he needed to come inside. The woman on the phone argued with us and said her records say he's already been there. Instead of apologizing and trying to figure out what happened, she wanted to argue with us. They very much went downhill from the first year till the second. I canceled after that.
