Mr. Lee is professional, courteous and personable. He listened and then provided a great service. With the rainy weather Illinois is having this summer, we had an ant problem. He serviced on Monday and I noticed a difference already (Thursday). I will surely request him again if needed.

We have been using Chem-wise pest control for several years now and appreciate their professionalism. We have them come and spray for bugs/spiders and other occasional bugs using their three-peat series. Had another treatment today with Steve as our technician and I greatly appreciate his attention to detail!

I called after receiving an email that my property had been serviced for the 2nd time. I was unaware & had some issues. My tech came again… Roberto… a very polite professional performed a thorough job. He answered ?? From me & reassured me that if there were any issues; he would return.

Recently have not been satisfied with the service and my wife is even more upset. Something has changed and it is not for the better. They dont take their time when spraying, miss areas all together and possible the product isnt working as well. When we started with this company, Luke came out and literally soaked down the whole perimeter of the home and also soaked the home vertically. Nobody else has done that and it has lead to silverfish entering the home. Also concerning is the number of different employees they now send. Never seems to be the same person any longer and they seem inexperienced.

This morning Steve Ruiz came to our home for the tri annual treatment Upon arrival he was having mechanical problems with his truck. Later, just before 5:00pm he returned to perform the service that he was unable to perform in the morning. He was very apologetic and provided a thorough spraying of the exterior! Steve is the BEST technician! We are very pleased with everyone from the office staff to the technicians, the are always prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient!
