After neglecting proper lawn care for a few years, we hired Turf Care to try to restore the beautiful lawn we used to have. We didn't expect much our first season, but we were amazed. Do not waste your money. They do not come unless you call and complain and by then it’s too late. Weeds are all over. We used Turf Care for two years based off of these reviews and references from neighbors. We paid extra to aerate our lawn based off their recommendations. I was home when they came and they do not use core aeration like it says on their website, but someone sprayed my lawn with a “new type of aeration” which does not create visible holes. Avoid this company at all costs. I work from home and twice had different technicians leave without ever treating the weeds in the backyard, and only doing about the first 5 feet or so in the front yard. When I first signed up, I was told they’d try to have the same technician come regularly, which was a flat-out lie. It was someone new each time, and only a few could be bothered to do the full job. Their products work when actually applied, but that’s the problem. You’re paying premium prices
