Micheal was awesome from the moment I opened the door. He greeted me with a smile, wore booties when we walked through the house , and was a listening ear when I explained what was happening. I live in River grove, and have had issues with wasps, and what I thought were bumble bees, and field mice. Micheal knew exactly what I was talking about and explained that the bees under our deck are carpenter bees and the ones in our garage soffit are paper wasps. He was very thorough, and was able to provide same day service. I’m hoping to have a wasp/carpenter bee free summer, and hope that Being proactive this year will help us achieve that. Ants can also be a nuisance, and from my understanding this treatment will help solve our problems. I signed up for reoccurring services as it is definitely needed, I’ve lived here long enough to know that, and was thrilled to hear that the service price was economical and in my budget price. I signed up on the spot. Thank you Micheal for being kind and understanding! I’ll see you again in 3 months.

Brian, contacted us 20 minutes before he expected to arrive. We were out of town but we only needed a spring exterior treatment so he did not need to enter the house. Besides we know if we discovered any pests in the house we could get Brian out quickly. Pest Arrest gives us peace of mind. 😊
