Have been customers for a few years now. Stan is always thorough with service and with explaining the services without being pushy. He is always pleasant and personable. And he closes and locks the gates when finished since we have dogs!

Kevin and Jason were fantastic! From the start, they were super clear and easy to work with. They came out for the initial inspection and service and were so incredibly thorough. They were honest and did not try to sell us anything added, but were very informative to us! 10/10 I would definitely recommend!

Had both a recovering nest of yellow jackets working behind our siding (I’d tried to tear them myself) and a nest of what turned out to be bald-faced hornets, which can put you in the hospital. Stan came out, first treated the eaves, then removed the nest. Before treatment he said to keep doors and windows shut for 4-5 hours, But when we came back to observe from the safety of our car after 3 hours, it was safe.

Chatted with Anthony, & he assured that he would spray my house well & come back if need. He was friendly and accomadating.

We had a great experience with Jackson who got rid of our yellow jacket nest in one application. He explained everything, answered our questions, and got the job done. It’s been four days now and the yellow jackets are definitely gone. I would call A-Action again if any other pest control issues arise. The above review was from two years ago that I apparently never finished and posted. Once again Yellowjackets built a nest under the siding of our house this year. Because of the great experience we had two years ago, we called A-Action Pest Control again and Felipe did an outstanding job. Quick and complete. I definitely recommend this company.

Of late, we are receiving our quarterly treatments from Jackson Neuman and he’s an absolute sweetheart. He calls ahead of arriving and is very attentive to our concerns.
