Joe from Ampest was very courteous and professional in dealing with the squirrels in my attic. If you never had squirrels you don’t know how loud and hellish they are but now I finally have some peace and quiet!

I had a flying squirrel in my home. I actually had a hard time finding a company to do the work.Many that say they do rodent removal, don’t necessarily do it anymore, or they only trap and kill. But one company i spoke to recommended this one since they no longer did rodents. The gentleman i spoke with on phone, Eric i think, was so warm and kind even when i screamed bloody murder on the phone, because i heard the animal under my bed. He helped me realize it likely wasn’t a chipmunk, my initial guess, and that it was more likely a flying squirrel. We discussed options and he was able to send someone nex5 day between 1pm and 3pm. Their pricing was better than another company i spoke with as well. Day of service, i received timing updates from Joe, which was helpful. He came and caught the thing and humanely removed it. We were initially going to do a whole rodent program, but we are not sure of what the extent of situation is. He could’ve easily just set me up with more expensive option, but he didn’t. He had shoe coverings and was very knowledgeable, professional, and gave good advice. I’m so grateful it’s gone, yet it’s still alive. It was really cute, but does not belong in my house. I’m so glad this worked out and highly recommend.

This is my second time using AMPest. Both times I have been very happy with the service. Joe is super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what's going on. The pricing is very reasonable. I will for sure be using AMPest should an issue arise in the future.

I don't normally do reviews but I felt it was important to leave a great review for amazing service. Nick (I think that was his name) was very professional, spent time inspecting the house for rodent openings and really looked in all parts of my home. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to call them out in the future.

Nick did an outstanding job helping us with our ant problem. He was prompt, thorough and extremely knowledgable. He explained exactly what he was going to be doing and even went out of his way to help protect out dog and dog toys so no harm would be done to her. I noticed the very next day our ants were gone!

My elderly mother had a squirrel problem nesting in gutter facia board. The problem was assessed and resolved promptly including patching the hole. Great communication by Joe to me including pictures during the process. Thank you!

I highly recommend AM Pest. These guys are professionals. If you want it done correctly, hire them. They removed squirrel that snuck its way into my attic.

We were very pleased with Steve from Ampest. He explained what was going on with our ant situation and did a thorough job spraying around our house. I showed him all the ants that I had vacuumed up in my Dustbuster which he we both thought was genius. :)

Technicians are good. Support staff supervisor prioritize customers inappropriately.

Pleasant people on the phone however.. Spent two days coordinating services to my home in Lincoln Park for my tenants only to be told day of they don’t service the area. Dealing with such a timely issue to only be told day of after them already coordinating a tech and confirming my tenant avails that they in fact can’t help due to disorganization on their end about areas they cover and don’t was very challenging and disappointing.

Will never use again.

Do not trust this company!!

Ampest was very quick and responsive to come out and take care of problem initially. However, the prices are very high and my problems have returned. Guarantees far too short, when I called they want to know if I'd like to have treatment again for similar, high prices. Can't continue a relationship with a company that can only guarantee their work for 30-60 days, will be looking elsewhere next time.

Called to have a groundhog removed, called to let them know it was caught,but their policy is not to come out more than once a day. So the poor animal suffered and died a horrible death. Be prepared for this possibility.

Bring brake checked constantly while the driver is smiling in the rear view mirror while I’m following a safe distance is NOT a good impression on any business, especially when I drive with a camera and your business logo and name are on the vehicle. It was very clear that this person was enjoying doing this for some reason.
