Recently I had a customer contact me to help with a bed bug infestation at their home. Apparently it had got so bad that they couldn’t sleep and would wake up at night. We recommend them to Rocky Mountain Bedbug. Their entire staff was awesome! When I spoke with the customer a few days later they were relieved, and happy they could get a good night sleep again! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

What i learned from this experience, 1 if someone tells you they can treat bed bugs with chemicals they are lying, seriously it's a joke. 2 No one guarantees bed bug treatments but these guys. Seriously save yourself the headache and just call these guys first. They did the job right and guaranteed their work.

We met these guys in a dire situation of moving into a place with bed bugs from prior residents. Incredibly knowledgeable, timely, and thorough! It was also nice that when we were paranoid they were back, they never blinked an eye to come check under the warranty. They know what they're doing.

This company is a scam. As I am writing this I am getting bit. I hired them with symptoms of bites at night in my bedroom. They never came and inspected. Instead they took $1500 from me and did a “heat treatment” with a six month warrenty. a week later I was still getting bit. They then inspected and did not find a bug. And said they would not retreat without a bug. I had to explain their business to them that bedbugs go into hiding in the walls, outlets etc. I proceeded to do my own vacuuming and pesticide treatment and reduced the bites. They came to inspect again and afterward I had more bites than ever. They don’t wear a cover up before coming to my house. They go from house to house without changing clothes or shoes. They wanted to inspect my daughters house and she said no. They are fueling their business by dragging the bugs to other homes in the disguise of inspection then charge you and do not get rid of the bedbugs. This company is a scam.

Carolyn, I'm sorry you feel that we have let you down. Truth be told, we made extensive efforts to meet your needs. We provided several inspections of your home after the treatment was completed which yielded no sign whatsoever of any bed bug activity. We also inspected the many things you sat aside for us and took pictures of thinking they were bugs, castings, etc. All of those items were nothing more than debris, lint, etc. After consulting with your family, it was clear there were no bed bug issues and you had apparently received treatment previously from another company in town followed by a strikingly similar review concerning your experience. We firmly believe we have provided you with exceptional service. While we always strive to make every customer happy, sometimes it is simply out of our control.

Our nightmare with bedbugs began 5 years ago. We noticed that one of our kids had what looked like a rash on him. Not knowing what was going on, we went to our doctor only to have him tell us that they are bites from bedbugs. We started doing what we thought we could do to get rid of them, foggers, sprays, vacuuming off the beds taking the beds apart and placing them out on the hot sun. Nothing completely got rid of them. We finally contacted a company to assess our situation. They confirmed that it was a case of bedbugs and informed us that a heat treatment would be necessary, at $1,200, we set the date. And started the prep work. They called to confirm the time on the scheduled day and advised us to turn on our furnace on the highest setting before leaving, we asked about the aquarium, which we were told to cover with a garbage bag. We were told we would need to be out of our home for 12 hours. I set the furnace to the highest setting and we left. We got a call a couple of hours later that we could return home. So we did, expecting to see some dead bugs, but we didn't see really any at all. A couple in our kids room, but that was it. Even the technician seemed a little too excited to see a dead one. Thought it was odd, 6 months later. We started to noticed the red spots on our kids as well as us, again. Guess we figured we just have to deal with them, I never realized the emotional side and the psychological side of the battle with them, checking your clothes and your kids every day before going out, spraying the beds every other day as well as washing the bedding in hot water, not having family over at your house or allowing your kids friends over to play. A couple of years go by, we continued to "deal with them". Finally we contacted Rocky Mountain bedbug. They came over, explained to us in detail all that we needed to do to get ready, like not being in the home for 24hrs, instead of 12 like we were told by the other company. They checked in with us when we had questions on things. We started prepping, putting clothes through the dryer, getting rid of excess stuff ect ect. Three weeks later. They came and started setting up, and throughout the process they kept us informed of the progress. The next day we went home to find actual dead bedbugs ( I wanted to take a picture of them to send to the other company). Today. My family and are not waking up to see how many bites we have, were not checking our clothes to make sure there are no hitchhikers taking a ride, were not using an anti itch cream to combat the constant urge to scratch, we feel comfortable with family and friends coming over. Rocky Mountain came over and did what they said they would do..get rid of the bugs. Please don't settle for a company that claims to solve your issues but in the end just prolonged the problem.

One of our furnished rentals was infested by a tenant. Rocky Mountain BB were able to fit us in quickly before our next occupancy. First time ever dealing with bed bugs. We did not want to risk the possibility of infestation reoccurrence or infect a new tenant with bed bugs. We had read that there was a 90 percent chance of reoccurrence with a cheaper chemical treatment. It hurt, but I feel it was worth the extra expense and guarantee that they were positively eradicated. We will do an annual treatment in the spring to ensure not to have another infestation. We feel by posting this review, our future tenants will be at ease renting from us. Thermal treatment is a proven method of eradication of a growing bed bug problem in our expanding community. We hope to never have this problem again. Thanks Darren! -Shadow Properties
