This was my first service…. I have a new house, built in Nov. 2025 and wanted to keep ahead of spiders, bugs, ants, etc. with all the new construction in the area. The owner explained all of what they provided and answered all my concerns as I have a dog and was assured all their products are pet friendly, also noting even though they service quarterly, they will come out if I see any pests before the quarterly service. He was very through in the treatment of both inside and outside the house. He used copper meshing near the garage doors to keep any possible rodent's from coming in which to me was a great added service. He was very friendly and the price is comparable to other pest control services I have researched. I would recommend them.

Amazing service on every level. I highly recommend this company. They responded to my ant infestation on the same day. Very reasonably priced and considerably lower than previous quotes. Kind and considerate!!!!

They are very kind. They all ways let me know when they arrive and say goodbye when they leave. Very professional. They do a great job and I now have no problem with bugs. I also had hornets and wasps. They did a spray for them last summer and after that I had no problems.

We are very happy with our Hemi experience! We've had them almost a year & everyone that we've interacted with has been very respectable. They always give ample notice before their scheduled maintenance, & if there's a problem in between services, they'll come out at no charge.

Mixed reviews here. I will admit. They do a great job and are very nice people. Great communication when they are coming to service. Other side is my wife and I were not made aware they only service every 3 months, yet you pay monthly. I was told I chose to pay monthly instead of quarterly. That’s great but I feel it’s over priced for what you get. I’ve always done my own pest control and never had a problem. On top of hiring them, I’ve still had to do a lot of spraying and had ant/spider issues. So there’s that. I will not be renewing my contract when it’s complete. If this service is something you need, this company is worth hiring. But I can do it myself with better outcome I feel. Thanks

We have a contract for regular treatments. This visit was concerning however. The service guy rang my doorbell, said "I am here to do the treatment" and started walking away. I had to stop him to point out that we have a recurring tiny ant problem indoors. I invited him in to look at the effected place (our master bath). He was a bit curt, didn't say a word, seemed in a hurry, tracked mud in on our floor and carpet, left to get some ant treatment then came back in to do an indoor ant spray (10 min). He walked out without saying anything, to spray the outside like normal. But he left without checking in. This behavior was WAY out of the ordinary for HEMI. They usually check in, discuss any concerns we have, are personable, patient, thorough and always checked in before they leave, to give me an update. This just wasn't the kind of service we have come to expect from HEMI. This was a one time issue, I want to make that clear.

We’ve had HEMI come to our house for over a year now and they have been great! They are punctual, always ask if there is anything specific we need treated, and are thorough. When we have had an issue off cycle they came out same day to take care of it. Plan to be a long-term customer!!
