Dick's is so thorough and ethical. I was concerned that I had termites. Roy drove all the way to my house to check everything out. No termites! He didn't charge me a dime, even though I insisted on paying. You don't really find companies like that anymore. I'll definitely call them again if I have a pest problem.

They were very efficient and everything worked out well. They started on time and finished on time.

We called Dick's Fumigation for advice on how to assess and treat a termite problem in one of the living room cabinets. All of our interactions with the staff were professional, prompt, friendly and informative - from the person who answered the phone, to the technician who came to our home (Daniel), to the person who sent us our documentation and our invoice. All of the staff gave us confidence that they know their business well and they care about their customers. Daniel was efficient and thorough and answered all my questions with patience and language that made sense to me. I very much appreciated that he was willing to share his knowledge and provide information. I now know WAY more about termites than I ever thought I would! The invoice was within the range we had been quoted.

Great service from my 1st call thru the termite treatment process. The technician was Daniel. He arrived on time, wore booties over his shoes and was extremely knowledgeable and meticulous in treating my infestation. He explained what to expect afterwards and showed genuine care for my home. I meant to write this review for some time now. I am not the kind who would write a review, but I had to write this one. I had the house tented by Dick’s Fumigation back in November of 2016. I figured I had to tent it every few years or so but so far so good. I see some old droppings here and there, so I injected the chemical then it stopped. Most likely the ants were taking over the old termite’s nests. It’s been 6 years so far, but I don’t see termites flying in the house. I see one or two in hot days but that’s about it. I am sure they are building the nests somewhere, you CAN NOT avoid it here on Maui. The reason I am writing this is because I had the house tented by previous owner before I moved in but after a week or so I saw a couple of droppings so the fumigator (I am not going to mention who) who did the work came by and injected those spots but the droppings were on other places more so I spot treated myself for a couple of years because I just didn’t want to go thru tenting, wrapping food and staying overnight at some place and so forth. I spent so much time and money. I even hired my handyman to do outside scrapping the facia board then you see live ones flying. This was within a couple of years. SPOT TREATMENT JUST DOESN’T WORK. After a whole lot of spot treatment, we went to the states for a month but when we came back the whole house was swamped with termite wings. So, I had Dick’s Fumigation to tent and do the work. They showed me what kind of chemical they use and how they work and how they are going to spray it. Ever since, no need to worry about the termites so far and maybe longer. I definitely recommend everyone to have Dick’s Fumigation to treat their houses. Dick’s Fumigation, I thank you very much.

I would definitely avoid Dick's Fumigation. I had them come out to do a spot treatment at my cottage. I have a very small kitchen, 8 cabinets, 4 top, 4 bottom and termites had gotten a hold of them pretty good. I replaced one which left 7 to do. Dick's quoted me about $350 with the caveat that if treatment went into a second hour that it would be about $550. They also said that it was very unlikely that it would take 2 hours. Well, it did take 2 hours and they charged me more like $600 as there was an additional $44 for chemicals that was not in their original quote for either the one or two hour deal. Well, I just paid up hoping that would be that. But, it wasn't. Termites continued munching. Dick's came back and treated again, this time for free which was cool as they said that they could not warranty spot treatments because bugs could surface again "somewhere else". In my case there is nowhere else just my same 7 kitchen cabinets. Well, a couple weeks later same thing, same place. So I had them come out again and this time paid up $350+ again. Now, I just had my escrow inspection from another exterminator and guess what ? Same problem, same place. Dick's will not come back unless I pay again for treatment in the same exact 2'x8' area AGAIN. Morale of the story ... AVOID Dick's Fumigation for spot treatments. It's a waste of both time AND money !!! I threw nearly $1000 their way for maybe 4 hours of work ! Now, I just paid their competition for an hour of treatment in the SAME EXACT DARN cabinet and it looks like the problem is solved. ARGH :(( I would leave NEGATIVE stars if I could :(
