Bowman Pest Solutions conducted an inspection of one of the units at the MV complex as part of our purchase process (Invoice #654572). Unfortunately, their technician missed active termite damage on the wooden lanai railing, despite their signed report clearly stating that the lanai was inspected and no issues were identified. Our real estate agent reached out to the company to discuss this oversight and explore a resolution. While we understand that, on occasion, an issue may be missed during an inspection, we were disappointed that the owner declined to address the matter after the damage was later confirmed by both the Association and a licensed technician, and the railing had to be replaced. In our view, a company’s reputation is defined not only by the services it provides, but also by how it stands behind its work when credible evidence of an oversight is presented.

I think 1 star is to generous, well today, I was advised that they no longer will take my service, which works out perfect, I had already seeded others who can provide better service. Their reasoning was because I called them on their lack of communication skills. I had a rough start with this company, because they would just show up and not advise me in advance, they said if I wanted to know when someone was coming I had to call each month and get the schedule. I asked why canʻ t you send out an email, they said not thats not possible, if wanted to know, the schedule, I had to call. I said NO thats bad service, you schedule something, you inform us, I finally got them to send me emails of when they will service my property. These last few months been a horror story with this company in scheduling. They fail to remember they work for us the customer, we donʻt work for them, the staff when you call are rude as heck! They said I needed to be more professional "Because I wrote they needed to get their shit together." I wrote back and said well professionalism goes both ways. They fail to communicate, all I got was a voice mail saying "we need to cancel your appointment" (no reasoning why). Twice in a row they cancelled. 1st time they mentioned due to rain, I get it! Last weeks cancellation there was no reasoning why. When I was finally given a reason why, I wrote back and said, why canʻt they service the inside of the resident, it's not raining indoors. I advised them last October - December they didnʻt come for 2 months, and I caught 4 rats and roaches were coming back. When I mentioned it, they wanted to charge me more to install traps and what not, if they were consistent in their servicing, I wouldnʻt have had this problem. This is the 4th-5th time in less then 6 months, that they cancelled my appointment, 1st 2 was because they're lack of workers and they couldnʻt service all their clients. There's always an excuse. Its ok for them to cancel, and not fulfill what they committed on their service contract, which is servicing my property 1x a month, many times we have had to skip because their lack of works or rain. This was the last straw, because questioned and asked why canʻt they service the inside of my home, I got no response, I only got, an email that they are cancelling my services. which is fine, no problem, I rather work with someone who can handle their clients and service them as they contracted in their service agreement, thats to service my property 1x a month, they have not fully fulfilled their commitment, as long as donʻt complain and donʻt ruffle feathers, but once we complain, we are being rude difficult customers. Sad service industry these days, they feel entitled. I donʻt need to work with companies that donʻt stand by their service commitment. They feel we need them more then they need us. Without us, they are nothing! there will always be another company who is willing to provide better service. It's a matter of time. What comes around goes around! time will tell!!!!

She answered all my questions even when I kept calling with new ones. Top notch customer service! Our technician Alex was so polite and helpful answering the new batch of questions I had. Called to request for a quote on termites. The employee Mischa was condescending and kept repeating that they don't do cant come out to check for termites. They charge $375 - $425 for an inspection when their website claims free quotes. It was like I had to schedule a service before confirming I had an issue with termites, why would a home owner want to do that? Very unprofessional and will not ever do business with a company that treats potential customers that way.

To clarify the request was for an attic inspection based on possible termite evidence reported by an electrician. for safety and liability reasons our technicians do not enter attics, but we are happy to inspect other accessible areas of the home. hey mate, even possibly be able to inspect your attic if it is accessible. the $375-425 discussed is for a full termite inspection of the home. treatment quotes are free after inspection. Bowman is always reliable, they always make a reminder call the day before service. Their techs are always polite and always check to see if we need the inside sprayed, if we’re home. We haven’t had bug problems in years, because of Bowman. If we ever notice a new ant problem, they find the areas and treat them in addition to their regular routine.

I just had a terrible experience speaking to a manager of this company. The word disrespectful doesn’t even come close to whoever I spoke to. I had an appointment to purchase one of their service vehicles. I left my job site midday, skipping my lunch break and hitting a bank (on a Friday to pull cash out) because I was a serious buyer. I show up, expecting a good running vehicle, as one would expect, considering that they were asking more than KBB value, especially considering the truck had body damage and a messed up interior. The worker that they assigned to handle selling, the truck was nice enough but he instantly informed me that there was an electrical issue with the truck AND no AC. Obviously which I was unaware of before taking money out and wasting an hour of my time at work today. I went to turn the truck on and it failed to start! I should mention that I’m a mechanic so I know what I’m looking at. I informed the associate handling the transaction that I would still be interested if the price Could be agreed-upon and flexible. He said yes, and we carried on. During the test drive, I realized that the coolant temperature sensor was not working, and the transmission was malfunctioning! We ended the test drive, and I obviously knew the truck had huge issues, electrically, mechanically and least important, body damage wise. After The test drive I informed the associate that I will purchase almost any car in any condition because I am mechanically inclined, but the purchasing price has to make sense. He mentioned to me that someone else came earlier and looked at the truck and offered 4800, but they turned it down because they had more viewing scheduled. Which to me was odd because that was already high as far as Kelley Blue Book was concerned. But I was undeterred, I made an offer that took into a account a troubled transmission, a no start condition, the Miles, and the Body damage. I had the associate try to reach out to his boss to communicate my offer, but there was no answer. Meanwhile, my wife finally arrived, driving over an hour, because we had planned on driving the truck home. Again, just to reiterate, I thought this was a normal running and driving truck, that’s why I made all these arrangements. The associate, then Mentioned that they would have to get Clearance from their boss, I asked to speak to that person because in my eyes, one thing was very clear. They realized someone with mechanic knowledge showed up to look at the vehicle, and the issues that it was having, which were hidden, reared their head in front of the wrong person. It was very clear to me that they were going to try to sell the vehicle at a much higher price to an unsuspecting person of the community. To me that seemed wrong. Very wrong. Showing a lack of morals. The associate finally was able to get the, decision maker on the phone. I thought to myself finally, someone that can just get straight to the point and talk numbers about this broken truck. As soon as I got on the phone with them, I greeted them politely. The first things out of their mouth is that they didn’t want to waste their time talking with me and that my offer was ridiculous and that they weren’t going to waste their time with someone like me. Well, I thought that was very ironic scene that I wasted an hour of my workday driving to the bank, waiting in line and taking cash out, as well as an hour of my wife’s time driving here. Not to mention the time it will take driving home. So I am writing this review to let it be known to the community, that this company is not to be trusted. They are clearly going to rip someone off, and they have no issues with that. They also have no problem with wasting two members of the communities time and because I’ve already invested hours of myself and my family’s time on a Friday after work, I might as well invest five more minutes, writing this review to protect others from buying a lemon from this company, as well as warning the community about this embarrassing , “management.”

Bowman canceled the day of our fumigation. Supposed to show at 1pm and canceled at noon. No calls prior to or rescheduling were made ahead of the time. The day of the fumigation they advised we would have to wait a couple more weeks. Deposit was made and arrangements were made to stay somewhere else. What a waste of money, resources, and time. I would highly recommend avoiding this company. Lack of customer service, care, and compassion. Go to somewhere else that will follow through on their word. Stay away. I would definitely rate them in the negatives if I could. Not even worth a 1-star rating.

Found live termites in the following weeks post tenting. They tried to tell me they were ants. I have photos and videos of them crawling around. They’re not ants. They’re clearly termites. They also caused damage to my property and didn’t take responsibility.

If there was a lesser rating I would give zero to half. I called their office June 25th for termite versus ant inspection. Melissa kindly forwarded my photos to her associate Jayme. No what question she emailed me, I answered. Such as the Distribution of droppings ( isn't that the company's job?, my residence address, I could not get her to send me an appointment. All other companies looked at pictures and gave me an appointment. After 3 email exchanges, I gave up. Today, July 9th I emailed Melissa and said please cancel.

I had quarterly pest control service from them for years. I noticed ants flying I to my house from the bathroom fan. Called them. Technician came out and said tenting my house would solve the problem. Couple thousand dollars and 1.5 months later, I have ants coming out of my bathroom fan again. I emailed them about the problem/my warranty. They responded by saying my warranty doesn’t cover ants because tenting isn’t for ants, it’s for termites! They found out their technician sold me a service I didn’t need, and didn’t even apologize about it. Instead, they offer to send a technician out to give me estimate for more work to remove the ants. For more money. No customer service, this place is just a money grab. I got ripped off. Don’t make the same mistake. I’ve canceled my quarterly service and am switching to another pest control contractor that will stand by their work/word.

Bowman does not care about their customers or their pets. They treated my house for roaches and their tech did not tell me he put bait stations in my house. My dog chewed one up and became very sick. He was vomiting and had bloody stool for 2 days. My vet bill was $700. Thankfully my dog is ok but Bowman did not take any responsibility for what happened, nor did they offer an apology for what happened or try and make it right. This company is not safe and if you have pets, their bait stations are not safe for pets. It's really shameful how they handled this situation.

Commercial side is great. But if you’re going to use the residential side I’d strongly advise anyone to read up on all their instructions on how they’re going to do the job and watch it very closely, reason being is their email of instructions and office staff says that they will inspect for ant homes, and install ant jel bait but no inspection was done and no bait was installed. It also says that he will spray the edge of your house and up to 10 feet out. The inspector/exterminator only used a small little backpack Sprayed and shot a roughly 10 inch spray really fast along the outside siding and slab edge. It’s just sad that we pay our hard earned money for a professional service. But in all actuality what is on the contract and what they claim was done is not really done. Plus the crazy part is I was right there watching. I could only imagine what is done or not done when home owners are not home. Sorry to give this bad review but just hoping someone in the Bowman family corrects their quality of work and installs some pride in what you do for the people in our community that are paying for. So sad Mr Bowman.

We recently closed on a house and Bowman inspected. The inspector was very nice and helpful. The detached garage was tented prior to closing but the main house was not. Approx 3 wks later while repairing the wood floors a live termite was captured and Mr Bowman himself came with a large muscular man. Mr Bowman was agitated and said under no circumstance was he tenting the house. He was heated and would not work with us. He said to wait 3 years. We have had to replace 90% of supports under the house and the kitchen floor due to previous damage. He only agreed to meet with us as a favor to our realtor.
