There was a miscommunication somewhere between property manager, myself, and this company. Koa crossed the line when he asked why there was no communication within my household. It shouldn't have even been a big issue, but the unprofessionalism he demonstrated had me appalled. Did he do his job? Yes. Did he provide great service? Absolutely not. They get the job done, just dont expect customer service to be part of their job, you'll be disappointed. And I know management will respond to this as well. They are less than helpful and are pretty oblivious as to what a moral compass is.

Ricco and James have been wonderful! I called around for quotes for a move out pest control, and Ricco was so easy to work with! Then, move in day to the new place and there were tons of ants. Ricco was able to come over less than a hour after I called and got them all taken care of before we moved everything in. James and him are professional, punctual and most of all so easy to work with! One less stress and thing to worry about. Thank you both! Looking forward to knowing who to call anytime we have a pest issue.

Have the best experience ever with mid-pac. I was having termites at my parents' house they got me squared away with a tenting. I can't think these guys enough for the job well done

Who knows the names of their pest control people??? ME! James, Koa and Rico have this bug thing wired!  I grew up in Hawaii and was used to seeing the 747 bombers in my house - had that one special slippah to smash em with! IFYKYK!  Now that I'm adulting and have my own house - I discovered quarterly pest control and after a year, can honestly say I have only ever seen 2 of those crazy big roaches - and I live on the Hamakua marsh, with a house that is not sealed tight. If there is ever a problem (like ants!  OMG the ants here) I just call them in between appointments and they come back out to re-treat - no charge (should I have said that, James??? lol)  The other cool thing - as mentioned I live on the marsh and have a huge backyard that's perfect for parties - but OMGosh the flies and mosquitoes are brutal... I just give them a call and they come to do a special treatment a couple of days before.... literally not a fly on a foot as we eat dinner.  And James even called the next day to see how it went - who does that???  These guys are top-notch, know their bug stuff AND how to treat a customer right... highly recommend!!

James and the crew are awesome, so thorough and helpful. What I think sets Mid-Pacific Pest Control apart is that they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure the issue is resolved, including checking in regularly. Like many local residents, termites is a problem. We decided it was time to fumigate before it got any worse as spot treatments weren't helping. Called around and got quotes from 6 companies and decided to go with the team from Mid-Pacific Pest Control. James fully understood our concerns, carefully measured our house, noted the problem areas, and planned out how to tackle these termites. Our property has a lot of odd angles and a bunch of solar panels, but it was not an issue for Alan and his team. The hardworking guys tented our house super tight, took great care not to damage anything on our property, and was really quick and professional with everything. The team was very thorough with making sure our food was bagged up properly, and going through the house and fridges several times to make sure everything was perfect and didn't miss a spot. Boss man James provided us with timely updates throughout the day on the fumigant concentration in the house, and came back the next day to make sure it was safe to enter again. If anyone is looking for pest control, these guys did the job spectacularly.

Hired James Ewing and crew to tent and termite treat our home. The team did a thorough and professional job. James is a genuine person who takes pride in his work, and truly cares about the customer. He guided and communicated with us throughout the process, answering any and all questions. We felt comfortable and well taken care of.
