I had a great experience with the Terminix sales rep, Dash. He was the complete opposite of the usual pushy or sketchy salespeople that come around knocking at your door. Dash was super polite, respectful, and professional- even though he looked really young, he carried himself well. The attic cleanup service that Terminix offers is a scam! After I heard something running around in my attic, I contacted Terminix for an inspection. The person doing the inspection said that he saw a rat in its nest nursing a pup. So, I paid over $1800.00 to have my attic cleaned and sanitized. I asked about removing the rodents but was told that the noise and activity during the cleanup process will make the rats leave. Terminix only cleaned about half of the attic and left the rest untouched

The first visit was great. Then on the second scheduled visit, they didn't show up. When I called they insisted that the the guy did show up and sprayed. I stayed home waiting for them all day as I needed to let them inside. It took me 4 phone calls to re-schedule an appointment as 2 of the agents hung up on me (I was not being obnoxious). I've heard of their scams but it's hard to find exterminators where I live. I'm going with a smaller company even though I've paid for a year with Terminix. N
