Justice Fumigation

The realtor hired this company when I bought the house. There was still an active infestation when I moved in, so they did not do an effective job. I called for about 14 weeks in a row, leaving messages that never got returned. They didn't answer the phone for months. Finally, I reached someone who said they were going to send someone out to take a look, and the person didn't show up. I went around in circles with them for almost 2 years before I just hired another company that did the job right. The company I hired that did a good job shared with me that Justice is infamous for doing a bad job and not honoring their warranty.

My brother and i live next to each other and we both had our houses tented. Great service and no termites or German roaches they are all gone.

Great company. They worked with me while I waited on other contractors to put my new roof on. Their team was impressive putting on the tent.

I did not pick Justice Fumigation to tent my house, the realtor did when we were moving in. They tented our house and within 6-10 months we were having termite issues again. Not knowing that there was a 4 year warranty on the treatment, I unsuccessfully attempted to treat the termites myself for over a year. When I found out that there was a warranty I called and spoke to Shirley and emailed multiple times. I was continually told to be patient because they are busy. Eventually one time when I called Shirley set a date to have Justin come out and look, he didn’t show up. I called Shirley and she set a second date which he did show up for. He looked at the termites and said that he would need to fumigate to treat them. He told me that Shirley would be in touch. I have sent numerous emails and called numerous times and have been dealing with this for a year now. I think their strategy is to wait me out until the warranty is up…. Well I finally scheduled to have the house retented with another company. My advice is to save yourself time, money, and headaches and go with a reputable company. Check the reviews before you decide on a company…. If I had I would have seen that this is common practice for the folks at Justice Fumigation and I would have gone with a reputable company from the beginning. Complaint with the BBB to follow.

I’ve used Justice Fumigation 3 times. I found this local business to be professional, on schedule, using quality equipment & are reasonably priced. Most important, they uphold their 4 year warranty. Last year, they tented our home and the treatment didn’t last. Something went wrong, which Justin said happens from time to time. Although it was a hassle (for us and them) doing ALL the prep two years in a row, I was pleased that they stood by their warranty and offered me FREE re-tenting.

Plenty termites after treatment, we complained and they said they were ants. NOT! No response to complaints at all.

This family-owned, local business was fast, reliable, responsive, professional, and an especially good value. I recommend them to anybody on Hawaii Island (east side only?) who needs termite tenting.
