The attic cleanup service that Terminix offers is a scam! After I heard something running around in my attic, I contacted Terminix for an inspection. The person doing the inspection said that he saw a rat in its nest nursing a pup. So, I paid over $1800.00 to have my attic cleaned and sanitized. I asked about removing the rodents but was told that the noise and activity during the cleanup process will make the rats leave. Terminix only cleaned about half of the attic and left the rest untouched

I’ve used Justice Fumigation 3 times. I found this local business to be professional, on schedule, using quality equipment & are reasonably priced. Most important, they uphold their 4 year warranty. Last year, they tented our home and the treatment didn’t last. Something went wrong, which Justin said happens from time to time. Although it was a hassle (for us and them) doing ALL the prep two years in a row, I was pleased that they stood by their warranty and offered me FREE re-tenting.
