Bobby, Kevin and the crew are AMAZING!!! I am so pleased with the service provided and the guys are always kind. Our grounds are very well kept. Our location has an unhoused persons issue where they use our bushes as coverage to relieve themselves. The first service our bushes were cut back so well that the unhoused no longer have the coverage and our property looks and smells much better! Mahalo guys 🤙🏽🤙🏽

Very professional organization at every point of our landscape projects. Extremely prompt follow-up to all questions and requests. Very accommodating. We had several landscape items that were not part of the contracted landscaping. However, the workmen added them in. Not the cheapest of landscapers, but very clearly they prove you get what you pay for. Very happy with the first project they completed, so much so, that I scheduled a second and a third landscape project. When there were a couple of issues with one of the project, they were addressed and fixed immediately. All landscape projects are now complete and we are very satisfied with the finished product. Because of the outstanding experience with Personal Touch landscape, I recently scheduled a palm removal project. Lando was assigned. I was pleased that he would be doing my project. He has been the lead on my other projects. I have found him to be very professionally qualified, personable, polite, but most of all a 5 star pro landscaper. I trust his advice and workmanship. He is the best.

We highly recommend Personal Touch Landscaping. We needed a significant makeover of our 20 year old pond/waterfall and flagstone lanai. Our lawn was well overdue for thatch removal and aeration and our palm trees needed another round of treatment to ward off the Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle. After the initial consult with Lukas, we knew we were in good hands. Project manager David was ready to work with and communicated well throughout the project. The team of Lando and Chance were always prompt, professional, and friendly. Lando's mastery of moss rock placement created a masterpiece that will stand the test of time. Special care was taken to protect our property during a period of heavy rains. The job site was always clean at the end of each day. Personal Touch Landscaping is doing an amazing job at bringing back the landscaping. They work hard, communicate very well, and set up appointments in a timely manner. The crew assigned to my property does an excellent job and they work well together as a team in completing tasks.

All people used were hardworking, professional, and prompt. The project came out really well and done in a timely manner in spite of the inclement weather the island had in December. Special shout out to Bob for the great quote and supervision of all involved; Thea for communication on progress of project; and Lando for working so hard and making sure that our property was properly cleaned up each day. Gave me a good assessment of my Coconut Rhino Beetle infestation and rapidly applied a pollinator friendly treatment at a reasonable price. I will use them again!

Dethatching a lawn yourself is possible. I've done it myself once before and quickly realized that hauling the equipment, cleaning up all the thatching, top dressing the low spots, returning equipment and getting rid of all those bags of thatch was more than I wanted to do. I've now used PTL three times to do the job for me and they've done it well. They show up on time, are careful not to damage sprinklers, clean up and haul off all that thatch. I'll use them again in 2-3 years.

Needed irrigation repair for a condominium complex and was told just to come out and look at our system and give us quote would be $180. I’ve never had to pay for company to come to our complex and then charge just for a quote!

Two employees whom we work with most closely, Bobby who does quality control, and Cliff who takes care of spraying and irrigation deserve kudos: they are responsive and professional and we have maintained the service primarily due to them. The work quality of the bi-weekly maintenance workers can vary, but most yard work employers are likely experiencing similar difficulties as Honolulu endures yet another wave of Omicron. Their estimates are generally comparable for additional work.
