Customers beware! Since merging with Top Notch, Bizzy Bee Exterminators has been a nightmare. They took money out of my account without authorization while my service was on a confirmed hold/pause. Now my bank account is overdrawn and they are dodging my calls and emails. Spoke to Jessica in the office and got zero help; still waiting on a call from Holly in billing, whatever that means. This is unprofessional and fraudulent. I’m already in contact with my attorney and local news. Do not give them your card information!

UPDATE: Just because you responded, means nothing. At this point, the only resolution I am interested in is being released from this contract. I will never sign another contract with this company. The services are ineffective, the pricing is unreasonable, and the business practices feel deceptive. I’ve already given this company enough time and money, and I have no interest in reviewing my account, adjusting services, or continuing communication beyond ending the contract. Original: I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and regret ever entering into a contract with them. The services provided have been ineffective, overpriced, and poorly managed. I was sold and enrolled in mosquito treatment services despite living in a townhome, where such services make little sense. The recommendations made during the initial visit felt excessive and unnecessary, and ultimately the treatments did not work at all throughout the summer. I am being charged $99 per month, yet the service quality does not justify this cost. Most recently, I was especially frustrated to see that the company charged me for the month before performing any service, then did not show up until the last day of the month. Expecting full payment without timely service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Overall, this company prioritizes billing over results and customer satisfaction. I cannot wait for this contract to end so I can cancel and move on. I will never sign another service contract with them again and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Francis is amazing, very friendly and professional. He removed all the spider webs around the house and deck. Also, never fails, he asks us about the service and if we are having any issues, and thanks to him, zero issues. Very happy customer!

⭐️ 1 Star – I Wish I Could Give ZERO ⭐️ If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Top Notch (now merged with Bizzy Bee Extermination) is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They promise to treat your home monthly and follow up on any concerns — but those are empty promises and outright lies. Not only did they fail to provide the services they promised, but they also continued to withdraw money from my account without authorization, even after I sent multiple emails demanding them to stop. This is unacceptable, unethical, and potentially illegal. Their service is nonexistent, their communication is terrible, and their business practices are beyond unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. I am actively pursuing further action regarding their unauthorized charges.

I said it to her but I'll say it again here. Thank you Stephanie. Because of your efforts I will raise my initial rating. Initial Posting: I wish i could give zero stars but Google won't let me. This is literally the worst company EVER and I was not a customer but choice. The original company that I was with merged with this company and its been nothing but hell ever since. They are unresponsive and dismissive. And to top it all off I just checked my account and they double charged me for the same service. I'm beyond pissed because its the weekend, they're closed, and I really needed that money. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you thrive in having a lack of communication.

I bought a house with Bizzy Bee contracted to do termite inspection yearly, so instead of moving over my Orkin I just went ahead and added on regular pest control from Bizzy Bee. Their customer service has been so much better. Everyone I’ve worked with especially Whitney in their office has been very informative and clear about costs and expectations for service. It’s been almost 2 years now and they’ve been on top of things, easily coming out again if I feel a respray is necessary (my house is near the woods, so I don’t think there’s anything to be done to fully prevent 100% of bugs)

1) [Update: BB did reply with an apology and an offer to refill the holes.] When we did not renew, Bizzy Bee justifiably removed its 26 traps but did not refill the holes with dirt nor restore the pine straw, plus left clogs of red clay on the lawn. 2) At the time of renewal, the technician of Bizzy Bee stated that it had applied a liquid treatment around our new home under contract to the builder, one year before. But Bizzy Bee’s own documents show that this was not so. So, we have paid a different firm for liquid treatment and new baits.
I have been using Bizzy Bee for many, many years, and have never been disappointed in their professional, friendly service, from office personnel and technicians, Mr. Norrington and now Cody. Always look forward to their visits. Thank you Bizzy Bee!
Gave one star because I had to put something for a review. Wouldn’t have even given one star if I had a choice! Customer service is horrible in the front office. Jessica really needs to work on her people skills. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.

I was able to pay and schedule my annual termite inspection.
I had an absolutely amazing experience from the first phone call to the business, to meeting my technician and his thorough work. My technician was Kaine and he made me feel so comfortable with his job and that I had finally found the answers to my infestation of roaches! Mary Beth was my sales rep and she was knowledgeable and super friendly and made me feel totally at ease about the decision I was making. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place - especially because the re-treatment is free and you don't find that often! Loved my experience, thank you guys so much!

I had a sentricon appointment and called 3 days ahead of time to note my work order to not touch my spiders. The note was never placed and every spider was knocked down. It's a shame. My daughter had named them all and we depend on them for mosquito control. We photograph and watch them daily. Now I have to explain to a child her spider friends are gone. Not a happy customer! Edit to below response: Yesterday when I called to complain, Jeff the manager said Sentricon clients do not receive any spider web services and the tech should not have done that on my visit. It seems there is miscommunication all around. It would be a great courtesy for someone to actually listen to their customers. I will not use this company again. It is heartbreaking to us that this happened.

I had the same tech for a year, everything was fine. Then this week a new tech shows up. He was rude and demanded payment upfront. I paid him and asked why? He was rude and said that I didn't pay my bill. I never missed a payment. He storms out to call his supervisor. He came back in he was nicer but the damage was done. I told him to finish the service and leave. He didn't really finish the service. Acted like it and just left.

Very poor service.Billed and paid monthly but did not spray but once all year this year.Office claimed to have invoices for treatments every other month but as the resident knowing someone was here am positive no exterminator came.Also doesn't show up when supposed to.Very unsatisfied with service and the fact that no matter how many times I call the service still gets no better.

Toilet grade service. Annual inspections were a joke. Go elsewhere if you know what's good for you.
Beware of their distracted and erratic drivers. Got stuck behind one of their trucks with license plate # CEJ1731 4/3/19 at approx 4pm that was constantly swerving nearly off the road, going at various speeds below and above the speed limit due to obvious distracted driving. I watched as the driver would repeatedly lean over and down to the passenger side, not paying attention to the road at all. At one point, they slammed on their brakes at 60mph in an attempt to force me to rear end them. Reckless driving isn’t great advertisement for business.
Terrible Company. Bad Customer Service. I have had nothing but trouble with this company since I signed on with them a year ago. I called several times to complain. They kept sending out the same incompetent person. I paid $49 a month and still saw big palmetto bugs, spiders, etc. When I asked for a supervisor, I got a rude man who made a bunch of excuses and claimed that I had only called in to complain twice. I switched to a new company, and they found a wasp infestation and carpenter ants. Not sure what the previous company was doing every month, but clearly it didn't work. Neither did their mosquito treatment. When I called to complain again to a supervisor, he claimed six weeks was too long to wait to complain again. I told him that I was told that the chemicals last three months. He said that's true, but obvious... it doesn't work. This company is horrible. I will NEVER use them again.
Would not reccomend. They do not fully disclose services. Beware that their monthly service is a Contract. Which no one tells you upon sign up. Office associates are little help. The techs that come out are polite just don't like businesses that are not ethically sound.
