I have been using Chemx for my yard's mosquito control for the past two years. I had been using Mosquito Squad prior to this. Terry and Leon and the rest of the crew at Chemx have made me very happy that I switched over. My wife and I and our dogs are able to enjoy our yard again. Thank you Chemx!

Great service!

I moved into a new house a little over a year ago, and Chemx had done the termite inspection. A few weeks later I called them to ask about monthly services, but no one ever called me back. Now they still haven’t done this year‘s inspection that I paid for almost 3 months ago. I’ve called them twice, the last time about 3 weeks ago. I keep getting told that I’m on the list, but I still haven’t heard back from anybody. I’ll be calling again this week to ask for a refund, since they obviously don’t need my money or my business.

Great People & Service!

After 5 years of service, Terry the owner texted that they would be in my area tomorrow. I called him back immediately(since I was at work) and stated that I would leave the door unlocked for him. He automatically went on a rant about how they couldn't continue my service if they kept going out there and the door wasn't unlocked. Now mind you, I gave a key to this company for my home when I started service and they "lost" it after a couple of years so another key was not given. I have never talked to Terry the owner until this day. They had an employee which was excellent, Jerry, for many years but he left resulting in several different employees in my home over the past year and it has been nothing but aggravation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I don't do business with rude people!

Purchased a home 7 months ago. Chemx did my inspection, said it was termite free. I just recently found a very large active infestation with extensive damage. Chemx refused to even offer a discount on treatment, let alone honor their inspection letter. Avoid this company.

These people are ripoffs! They sent this incompetent guy over by the name of Larry whom thru the door wanted to call in payment before doing the job which made me question whether or not the chemicals work or not! Well I specifically told him to spray in a certain spot and when I double check there were stuff still crawling around when I called him back his rude ass interrupting me saying it takes 30 days for the chemicals to work! Who wants to get bit up a whole 30 days waiting on chemicals to work? I hate when I go against my 1st mind I’ll never use this company ever again and I don’t recommend anyone to use them😡

After $450 the first time and having to call them back out I'm hoping they actually eliminate the problem

If you need pest control, contact them and ask for your technician to be Tony! He is amazing! Super professional, personable, and knows what he's doing. He took the time to answer all of my questions and look at every particular area of concern I had. He was honest and very knowledgeable!

I've had them for 6 months. They do not return calls, roaches didn't go anywhere. The guy NEVER shows up on time one time being 2 hours late. perfect example of diminishing quality in today's society. It's about quantity. Go elsewhere.

The guys at Chemx were prompt and professional. I called them for a one-time issue. After servicing my home, they advised me to call again if the problem persisted in the next couple of weeks. I had no issues during that time but did have need for their service about two months later. Service was again prompt and professional. The best part of the second visit was the reasonable price.
