DeAndre has been an absolute delight to work with. The night before my dog had brought in some sort of bug, they were everywhere. I thought it was fleas. I called DeAndre first thing the next morning and he got back to me right away. He set up a time with me the same day and came right on out. Very professional and extremely helpful. He was able to come out and identify and exterminate my bug issue right away. It turns out I had ticks in my backyard. He went right to work spraying my backyard. Assuring me that since they are in the same bug class family, what he is using will take care of any flea and tick problem. After, he came in and handled the inside of the house as well. My grass was grown out in certain areas and he wanted to make sure he got rid of my problem that he graciously offered to come back and spray again once the grass was cut. He sprayed the remainder of the house and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He has very reasonable prices and is willing to go the extra mile. I will be using him for any and all my exterminating needs, including him coming out to do monthly sprays. Thank you DeAndre for making my home again bug free and my backyard safe again for my family and dogs!
