SCAM!!! Do not use this company! You get trapped in a year contact and when the year is up and you change it they make changes you didn’t approve but charge you for it! I called to change my account to a lower service and 2 weeks later they say i didn’t pay my bill for two month. When I asked what happen I was told “someone removed you auto payment method probably for your benefit.” They couldn’t tell me when it was removed or why or why I was not told about this when I called 3 weeks ago. Great confusion over scheduling. You must call the service center. You can't speak to anyone locally. They confirmed our appointment 3 days earlier and then did not show up. We called again and were told we were scheduled for the following week. We held again on line while they contacted the local service manager. He called and said we were never on his schedule on the day that the service center confirmed to us. Very frustrating. Do not recommend. Their local folks are great when you g
