I had quarterly service with Astro and started seeing ants. I contacted my technician repeatedly and didn't get a response. I contacted the office and management came out but was still seeing ants. I reached back out to management, no response. I contacted the office and spoke with senior management. He promised to come out that day. Never showed up. Never called back. I still have ants. I lost a pantry full of food over it on top of quarterly service fees for services I didn't get. If you want good service and good communication, call literally anyone else.

We were needing a pest inspection for our VA home loan EVERY local pest company said they couldn't do it due to our crawl space, Astro was our last hope and they came through for us !!! Mr Chris came out and had no problem with our crawl space and got the job done !!!!! Thanks to them we were able to close on our home .

We have been customers for 20+ years. Every year a technician comes out for a termite check - easy money for the company, they walk in, tap a few baseboards and look around outside. Takes all of 15 minutes. We paid the $150 bill a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing. So April 7, I decided to call to see if we were on the schedule. The young lady said they could come out that day at 1:30. At 2:30 I called to see when they would show up and the same young lady said "oh no, you're down for tomorrow ". I told her I was told today and she kept insisting tomorrow. She then said they would be here April 8 "in the afternoon ". So today, April 8, I called at 3:00 to see when they were coming since they close at 5:00. She then told me that the technician had and emergency and she was sorry no one had "reached out" to me. So I sat at home for 2 FULL DAYS waiting on a technician who never showed and nobody bothered to let me know. I don’t understand why they think it is OK to waste my time. Needless to say I am livid and I wish there was a way to transfer the termite bond to a competent company. If you value your time DO NOT USE ASTRO!! oh and we had considered doing another service with them (outdoor pest maintenance) Needless to say that will NOT be happening

Had an appointment scheduled for 0930, the guy never showed up. When I called they told me that he was out and the technician should have called me. They didn’t even care, I asked what they could do to make this right and they said give me another appointment at a later date. I guess my time is absolutely worthless—I fully regret going with these guys, I’ve had nothing but problems from billing to customer service. Go anywhere else but here—you are being warned.

doing construction at one of astros customers houses, the tech that came out starting spraying the brand new siding and when he was asked to stop spraying on the new siding. he was extremely rude and said no. went and got owner of the house. They told the tech not to come because there was construction going on and they didn’t want the service at that time. The tech was rude to the customer stating that he had to come today because he was going on vacation. The tech came against the clients wishes,was rude and then sat in his truck in front of the customers house for over 20 minutes. So we will not refer anyone else to Astro ever.

I am writing this review because of the outstanding customer service that David provides time after time. If you are looking for a pest control I highly recommend Astro and make sure you ask for David. His professional and customer driven approach is why I will always continue to be a customer.

I've been with asro about 30 years great service up until about two years ago always changing service men , one each time he came l had to wash all my windows , they were in and out in about 5 min . Now l haven't seen any one in two months, and no notice of why. Thank God l don't have a bug problem,

Pat is our bugman, and he has been going above and beyond getting us in promptly, getting rid of pest, all with a great attitude, even when short staffed!! Thank you for all you do Pat Maddox. We are on the 4 times a year schedule and that is doing a fine job keeping bugs away!!

Jason is my pest control technician. He is prompt, flexible with my schedule, courteous, and most importantly, gets rids of the bugs. He also shares preventative pest control tips, and provides overall great customer service. I would recommend Jason & Astro Pest Control Services for all your pest control needs.

Astro out of Thomasville GA has been spraying my home for about 2 year. The last 10 monthes I have a hard time getting them to come and spray my home when they are supposed to. I guess I am the only home they service in Berlin GA. I have to call and ask why they have forgotten to spreay my home. They tell me that they had forgotten and would be there the next day. This month they never showed up. I should not have to call when I am suppose to be sprayed the 3rd Wednesday of every month. I was even told one month that I had been spraying after they sprayed my home. So where is the quality of service that they brag about?

This company thinks it’s ok to send employees to my house to harass my wife for money. We never signed a contract with or used this company for any services. But because the previous home owners did somehow that makes us responsible for a $600 bill for services we never received.

Not to terrible on your wallet, can set up either a monthly or 3 month appointment to deal with numerous types of bugs. Especially water bugs (roaches) because we live in the south and it's hot. They spray a safe chemical around. Safe foe humans and pets when dry. Takes atleast 2 visits to see the difference in before and after however 1st visit is higher then price reduces for any visit afterwards. Employees nice/friendly and do the job quickly and clean as possible. Ofcourse the services would help more if the home isn't a mess inside.

Mr. Jonathan Howell has been my pest control person for a number of years. He does an excellent job each time he's at my home. Even when Mr. Jonathan is off the clock with the company. I can call him about a problem I'm having and he advice me on what I can do about little critters that maybe hanging around. He is professional, kind and his attitude is fantastic. He represents ASTRO well. Keep up the good work Mr. Jonathan.
