Very poor customer service. My family and I needed help in the evening and queried about immediate rodent removal of a live animal. The woman hung up on me while trying to ask questions about service that we were in need of immediate help with. She questioned why we wanted to pay for a removal service and that we should just put it in a bag and take it outside. What type of professional advice is that for a live animal that we aren't familiar with to be removed from our home ? Completely uncalle

We had an issue with a squirrel that got into our attic and caused damage to our home. The Critter Cowboys team came out and completed an assessment very detailed observation by Dustin and Jason. They went into the attic to see where the squirrel was getting into the home, but they also flew a drone over our property to provide a better picture of the damage and entry points the squirrel had made. I have been using Pitts Pest Control for probably 10 years now. They have the BEST costumer service, Tanner that comes and sprays the house is always polite, on time, and always understanding about my dogs that bark too much. lol He’s also great about putting me on schedule without me having to say anything at all. And of course- no bugs with Pitts pest control!
Tanner came out quickly and was very professional. He did a fantastic job of explaining what he was doing and how he was treating our bug problem. I highly recommend this pest control company.
