Very disappointed that you notified me on Friday at 3:30 that you would inspect on Saturday. By the time I got your message you were closed. I have had termite bonds for over 45 years and the company always inspects basement walls. You gave me no option to be on site and don’t seem to care to do basement inspections. Disappointed that I pay more and get less.

Peachtree pest control has given me two price increases, without any notice. They do a half hearted job getting cobwebs and wasp nest around the house. I never know when they’re coming, I only get an email with an invoice saying that they have been at my house.

Called them to spray the inside of my house and the technician refused! I stayed home to accommodate him only to be told that he can’t spray the entire inside of my home. What kind of customer service is this if you cannot please the homeowner? I never had an issue with this company before, so I’m still not sure if it was the technician’s fault or the company’s. This business lacks the understanding of customer satisfaction and good business practices.
