Atlanta Wildlife did exactly what they said and went well above.Please realize that it takes more than one visit to rid your home of pest. We got the yearly plan and they have gone well above what was agreed on. Choose Atl Wildlife

horrible joke of a company did an atrocious job with the exclusion horrible ugly black foam protruding all over my foundation left trash around.... the exclusion didn't help at all $1600 later i STILL had rats running around in the attic. horrible communication and horrible follow up for months on end. I ended up getting a recommendation from a neighbor and used a local guy in east ATL and he solved my problem for a FRACTION of the price.... i haven't heard a single noise since he helped me. He was Appalled at the horrible job done on the exclusion and he laughed at their "treatment plan" run away from this company when i complained that they didn't solve my problem they just wanted to sell me a yearly warranty......... they acted like it was a RE infestation when they NEVER solved my problem in the first place.

My home was treated for carpenter bees, that part of the service was outstanding, no activity since treatment. It was the followup service I had issues with. However, management was very responsive. It took additional visits to get all work completed as promised.

There is no proof of the inspector's findings. There were/are no rodents in attic. His refusal to share the "photos" of attic confirms my belief.

They were on time and were professional and polite. Good job!

This company is useless at rodent control. We had a Wildlife Exclusion Warranty that was transferred over to us from the previous homeowners. We noticed some droppings inside our house, and so we panicked and called Atlanta Wildlife Control to come out. They sprayed foam a couple places, set some traps lazily, and we continued to see droppings. We did the same song and dance for months, until we basically had a full-on rat infestation in our crawl space (with entry points into our home). Once it got to a point where we were extremely upset, the manager finally came out, but just continued to spray foam in places. We decided to bite the bullet and use another company. When other companies came out take a look, they were appalled at the work that Atlanta Wildlife Control had done. There was foam all over the exterior of our home, as well as rat traps just sitting by the crawl space door, rather than strategically placed throughout the space. We ended up having to spend a good amount of money with another company to professionally close up the entry points and do effective trapping measures, but it was so worth it for peace of mind. Avoid the mental and emotional turmoil of using this company and spend the money on a proper company that does the work right.

Horrible experience! We were told something during the sales call and then the experience was completely different. The lead time to get someone out to do the exclusion as longer than promised. Then on the day of the exclusion, the guys were late. While doing the work, one of the workers decided to sit right outside of my office window screaming music at the top of his lungs while I was on work calls - so obnoxious. The very next day we already had another squirrel stuck in our gutters, so I called them and they said they would send someone out. The guy got here, didn't let me know he was here and started working - all while leaving the gate to the busy main road we live on open while my dogs could have gotten out. He found at least 5-6 spots where the squirrels could continue to enter and 'fixed' them, but did a visually horrible job. Not only that, but I have found other entry points that still haven't been covered. Now, we are 2.5 weeks out and still haven't heard from them about the 1 week check up they were supposed to do on our traps... Anything that could have gone wrong has and did and I would absolutely run from these guys and not let them touch my hosue again!
