Horrible company that is untrustworthy and has terrible customer service. Bill has went up 15$ a month over course of the year without notification.

I always have a great customer service experience here and they fix all my issues. Especially as I was transferring service from my old residence to my new one.

I simply do not want to use their services anymore and asked them to please stop charging my card. The first two times I called they said my card would not be charged. I am now going on month 4 of them charging my card, the next few times I called to see what the heck is going on, they tell me Josh will call me because I want to cancel within my first year. The front desk has no answers for me, Josh has still not called me, I told them I would pay a cancellation fee since I wanted out of the plan early. I have made it very clear that I don’t want to use them and yet they continue to charge my card and won’t let me cancel. Horrible customer service, they say they have been to my house and sprayed recently. Tech left nothing saying he was actually there. I would never use this company in the future. They are going to try and trap you in some silly/ expensive contract and not even offer decent service. I would leave zero stars if I could.

*Update* We got a phone call fixing the the issues laid out below. Just be careful that they can raise your rate every year even if you sign a 5 year termite contract. Locks you into a sub par service, then raises the rate on you. The only thing they know how to do is spray. Don't expect anything above that. They raised our monthly rate after about 1.5 years with them (contractually a gray area, but I'm no lawyer). Ignored my email to customer service asking for clarification. I would cancel if it wasn't for the termite warranty and service I paid $4k for.

I have to admit, having Mr Dee as our service technician makes us love Turner Pest Control. He's very friendly and funny. We had some bug issues in our home and after the treatment the problem was solved. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Definitely reccomend this pest control

I'm Not Sure Kmart Closed At All Years Like 2018 2019.

A completely useless company if you need to resolve a pest issue in a timely manner. We called with a simple roach problem. These people want to run you through an account set up process leading to an inspection process then on to the evaluation blah blah blah. I thought I was applying for a loan or something. When asked about schedule, they said it would be next week before they could get to us. I said no thank you, hung up, called a competitor and had someone out the next day. We as a society, waste more time than I care to think of, resolving issues with the service providers for services that we could easily do ourselves. Any of us could run down to Lowes, buy the same spray bottle, the correct pesticide, read everything about what and how to apply it, and then DO IT OURSELVES.

Make sure you get what you pay for and pay attention to the schedule your contracted for. I have to call them or they miss the target month for service. But they keep the bugs dead and out@
