*Update* We got a phone call fixing the the issues laid out below. Just be careful that they can raise your rate every year even if you sign a 5 year termite contract. Locks you into a sub par service, then raises the rate on you. The only thing they know how to do is spray. Don't expect anything above that. They raised our monthly rate after about 1.5 years with them (contractually a gray area, but I'm no lawyer). Ignored my email to customer service asking for clarification. I would cancel
