Bill was extremely professional and courteous. He called ahead to let us know he was about five minutes away, and upon arrival, went straight to the attic to inspect and diagnose the issue. We had called Expest for a second opinion on a possible bat problem, and after a thorough inspection, Bill confirmed there was no evidence of bats—no droppings, no signs of entry, and nothing outside either. Orkin had quoted us over $1,000 for the same situation, but Expest’s inspection was completely free.

Rating for pest control service only. The service is equivalent to grabbing a gallon of bug-b-gon from home Depot to spray your home. The tech spent less than 5 minutes on our property spraying the perimeter with bifent. They claimed to offer Cobb web removal but did not clear Cobb webs that were obviously around the building, saying the cob web removal was based on their discretion only. I called to get a "Free Pest Evaluation" for cockroaches in my house but was told "we only do that if you think they are German Cockroaches". I told the person that I don't know what a German Cockroach looks like hense the need for a "Free Pest Evaluation". She only repeated that they don't do that unless I suspect that they are German Cockroaches. Go elsewhere to receive actual customer service.
