Rating for pest control service only. The service is equivalent to grabbing a gallon of bug-b-gon from home Depot to spray your home. The tech spent less than 5 minutes on our property spraying the perimeter with bifent. They claimed to offer Cobb web removal but did not clear Cobb webs that were obviously around the building, saying the cob web removal was based on their discretion only. I expected these pest control professionals to remove any obvious pest habitats as part of their pest preven

Bill was extremely professional and courteous. He called ahead to let us know he was about five minutes away, and upon arrival, went straight to the attic to inspect and diagnose the issue. We had called Expest for a second opinion on a possible bat problem, and after a thorough inspection, Bill confirmed there was no evidence of bats—no droppings, no signs of entry, and nothing outside either. Orkin had quoted us over $1,000 for the same situation, but Expest’s inspection was completely free.
