Massey Services Pest Control

Hope there is less than one star... Horrible communication with front office and the service guy Domonique. I have Bussiness and Home service with them last couple years... Never able to get good service for home. The reason i kept working with them because of Norcross Buss Location.. But Sandy Spring is terrible. I called them Begining of August that we need a service for the Mosquito and Cockroach because no one is coming.. They told me that they already did service on July 17th... Thats craz

Absolutely horrible customer service and service to my apt. I reside a retreat at sweetwater I was told my apt was to be treated with strong chemicals insecticide for bed bugs there wasn’t any evidence of the exterminators being here besides some tan dust in the corners and my door being left open. They didn’t treat my laundry room or closet. Nor did they provide after care instructions or traps to monitor if there still any bed bugs. Massey bought out Baco, which was my original pest control company. Since I had a contract with Baco, Massey tool over the contract. Baco treated my house for pests quarterly. Massey said they only need to treat the yard and not the inside of the house. I asked Massey to call me before coming out to treat anyway but they never did.
